Hahahahaha. Woy will bend over and let City do whatever they want. At least 3-0 to City coming up tomorrow.

We can't rely on anyone to give City a game. Quite simply we have to win all our games (not easy of course).

Well Roy might just nick a point, unlikely but City can be got at. Not always great in defence. Teams give them to much respect. I can see a City win but I'm giving Roy an outsiders chance.

February will be a test for City with Arsenal, Chelsea and Everton in one month.

Let’s hope we’ve taken 6 points from Arsenal and City the next couple of weeks.

Hopefully the City goals are kept to a minimum vs Palace because we are really closing the gap on GD now.

The only team that may be able to live with City is Chelsea. Also, how can you even put Everton in that list? Shame on you.  ;) >:( :o

Easy 9 points imo, City will want revenge vs Chelsea, and playing at home will be a walk over for them!!

Virgil was wonderful as was Mo and Fab ..James Milner just gives everything when he plays but for me Henderson was the glue to hold everything together when Mille got caught out it was Henderson who covered when anyone lost the ball he was there backing up his forward passing was superb it was nice to see him playing so well again.
I thought Bobby was excellent first half and Mane although a bit off was a real handful going forward and played in Mo a few time in other word a really great allround team performance and I wouldn't argue with anyone's choice for MOTM

Oh, also.. how pissed off/upset did Wijnaldum look at the end of the game for missing that chance he had? :(

He was still mad at Salah who didn't pass to him and instead tried a small angle shot some moments earlier.

Wouldn't say Sadio was sh*te tonight he's very hit and miss this season but he did put in a shift.

Keita still needs a few more games to adjust he hasn't played as regularly as Fabinho yet.

VVD, Hendo, Milly, Fab and Salah were all immense.

Everything broke down around Sadio and thought Milly was especially poor in the first half and not much better in the second.

Hendo best performance of the season in a tough game.

He's taken some sh*t but deserves credit tonight.

VVD is just so smooth in a different class to others.

Top of the league, 4 points clear of the best side ever to kick a ball.

      Not bad at all.

Was it on here or Twitter reading that a win or draw against Newcastle means we've played every side so far without defeat?

Fantastic win, another 3 points, another clean sheet :)
Went for VVD MOTM, for clean sheet, performance, and goal.
But Salah was excellent too, is back to his sharp, confident self.
Fab and Hendo did well in the middle aswell.
Wolves are strong, but we showed we can physically mix it, as well as play well and we were pretty clinical on the night.
4 points clear, top for Christmas - nice pressie, thanks Jürgen and the lads !!

I think if we can keep this up until the CL phase City might crack as they are desperate to win the CL .

Come on Rib, it doesn't matter how good Everton are, they can be Barca level and would still lose on purpose to stop us from succeeding. Remember 13/14 where they put zero effort vs City at their home ground and those cu*ts cheering each City goal? How about the numerous occasions where they didn't even try vs teams around us ?

See though Si - for those with a cob on and the media - if we lose in 5 games it’ll be because he brought the pressure onto the players....🙄

and yet the footballing world is more interested in likkle ole :f_steam:

Once again, we gave Pep and his team another reminder that they need to catch us now.

That was not an easy game.
Lovren was awful, but he got away with it.
The driving pissing rain in the first half didn't help either, some clumsy passing.
Two world class finishes from two players bang on form right now.
Salah was quick and direct which caused them loads of problems

we just need his mate Joe back then we have the best CB pairing in Europe and with Trent and Andy the best attacking WB's and then Becker behind them and that's why we have conceded 7 goals in 18 games. The front three take care of themselves but now we really do have tremendous potential in our midfield too. Exciting times ahead
