90th minute at Anfield, on the final day...
      Dec 30, 2018 01:45:11 am
      (Just for fun)

It’s the last day of the season at Anfield against Wolves. Liverpool need a win to win the league and are currently drawing 1-1 (because when do we ever do things easy). We have a corner in the last minute of injury time, gets cleared to the edge of the box and volleyed in to absolute scenes and give us our first league title in 29 years. If you had to pick one person to score the goal - who would it be?

Obviously in hindsight I wouldn’t care who, and I hope/expect us to wrap up the title before then, but if I had to pick the player to score the goal I’d go Van Dijk or Hendo!

A Becker for me! However, I hope we do not go down that road.

Got to be Daniel Sturridge... or Origi (again).  ;D No doubt they'll not be given any such chance anyways...  :f_whistle:

That would be good if it were a miss hit shot from Shaqiri, deflects off Hendo's butt and into the net. Would be hilarious that.

Conor Coady, who then goes on a berserk celebration screaming he scored the goal that won the League for his boyhood club.

Reward for the graft he puts in..... and yes it would be a " no look " special.

Obviously in hindsight I wouldn’t care who, and I hope/expect us to wrap up the title before then, but if I had to pick the player to score the goal I’d go Van Dijk or Hendo!

Jürgen, who has had to play as CB due to multiple injuries to all other options ;-)

but in seriousness probably someone like Hendo from a romantic point of view and from a practical view it has to be mighty Mo
