I don't think the tension is running high in the team at all. I think the players are rested and ready to get right back to where they left off, playing great football and vanquishing all (almost) before them.

lets try not make every game a last ditch effort to win the league. We have a nice 4 point lead we are playing Brighton its going to be great if people carry on like this we will be missing half the forum by the end of May with heart failure.
Not a chance the Boys will mess up tomorrow we have a great team even without a few players we have more than enough for most teams 3-1 win and make the rest of them feel the pressure

No dvery game isnt or wont be but first game after our first defeat is massive. If we dont beat Brighton not only do city close the gap further but the question of our bottle will be deafening

If City win 10-0 and we get beat 1-0 we will still be TOP OF THE LEAGUE I refuse to believe playing Brighton is a pivotal game for us we need to remember who we are and where we are TOP OF THE LEAGUE

With Hendo out, I wouldn’t be surprised if Matip does play with Fab moving back into midfield. Milner has been pants for the last 2 games and Keita just isn’t doing it so I can see why both would find themselves on the bench, with Gini, Fab and Shaq all starting.

When you put it like that Don, it’s clearly a tougher game than I imagined. Wish you hadn’t posed that, I’ll be bricking it now until 5:00 tomorrow 😳

So will it be Shaq or Kieta? I'd personally go with Kieta with Shaq coming off the bench.

They've only lost 2 at home this season.

      We'll make that 3.

This in an odd way is by far our biggest game of the season. The pressure is a little more on us now, before it was a little light hearted, haha look at City slipping up. Now they're catching, the spotlight is firmly on us. This is the kind of game a few years ago we'd go out and draw or even lose. If we win, that's a huge positive.

I'm actually more nervous for this than the City game.

Wolves away was a harder game on paper than this is. Brighton are an average team at best. We’ll dominate possession and will beat them 5-0 :P

Always good to play before our rivals rather than vice versa.

Hopefully, one way or another we get the win and start to turn the screw again.

matchday 3pm on a Saturday how weird is that. We have so much more than Brighton I just cant see them getting anywhere near us.
The team selection will be interesting but as long as we have our front three we will be good to go.

The form of Nabby Keita is a worry. I honestly thought he would've made his mark by now. I was excited by the prospect of him coming here but so far it hasn't worked.

I think he does sometimes take an extra touch, also he needs to get a bit higher, try and get into the box a bit more. He can still be a big hit here but the club won't wait forever. With Alex hopefully coming back before the end of the season Keita needs to up his game.

He will likely be on the bench V Brighton. Could be he is just that one great goal away from believing in himself. Get higher Nabby...get into the box and it might happen.

Exactly, i have so much hopes on him but after what i have seen so far he is nothing but a big big dissapointment. Came in with so much fanfare but so little to show. Those extra touches on the ball, pauses and side and back passes instead of a through pass to the front 3 is killing his game. Read somewhere he needs to build up his confidence. Sh*t, if i am paid that insane amount of money every week, moreso playing for this great club, i don't need anything to motivate me, i will run through brickwalls in every game.

There are plenty written and said about him elsewhere and it is not nice to read and hear but i won't deny the restless ones have got valid points there. I would give Harry Wilson a chance whom appears to have much more confidence than keita.

Getting 3 points is all that matters. Every game is a cup final from now. Hope klopp shifts the front 3 around and not the stereotype mane, bobby and mane on the left, centre and right. I noticed when the front 3 swapped positions oppo defence were at sixes and sevens leaving holes, spaces ang gaps to exploit. I remember in the 80s, kenny, rush and a third player kept swapping positions, that's where oppo defenders will find it hard to counter.
