Where was our defensive line? Matip all over the place playing Zaha onside. Zaha skips past 9 out of 10 FB's in the league in that position. Where was our midfield? No one near Townsend. Where was the defender cutting out the backpass?

But yes, it's of course down to Milner playing there rather than Clyne

We need to produce more. I would sub Keita for Origi and Milner with Shaqiri. I would play Shaqiri right back.

The frustrated look Robertson gave Keita when he completely cocked up Robertson's attempt on the left side said everything about that half. Definitely struggling for confidence is Keita and seriously struggling to find a purpose in this team.

Its not as if Robertson was likely to score, would have been better to give Keita the shot.

Ox looked lost in the team last season until it clicked and then he was boss.

The PL is not a place for Keita to learn his game. He's struggling big time and it's costing us here. If he needs to learn basics, you don't do it on the big stage.

Think that he is too indecisive on the ball, tries to make runs even when there is no where to go. Need to look up and pass more often instead of running aimlessly with the ball

Much better team with bobby in the midfield with mane and salah providing pace out wide. Seem to be getting away from that,  too reliant on the fullbacks

If Matip had been in line with the rest of the defence then Zaha would have been offside. Milner is where he should be, Matip is the one at fault there IMO. Fabinho was too slow to react to Townsend too.

But if the ref does his job properly then about 60 seconds earlier we have a penalty through a clear hand ball by Townsend. I really can’t see how the ref gave that against us when he was that close to it.

In all honesty, I’m struggling to see how we get back into this game, we are creating very little and the absence of Gini is playing a big part, I just don’t know what Keita is bringing to the team other than losing the ball cheaply and getting in Robbo’s way.

Very poor finishing again, what the f**k is going on with that, poor touches as well, I think we'll lose this match, sorry to say it but Zaha and Townsend will keep attacking Milner, f**king hell he's slow these days!

If we come out in the 2nd half harassing their defence, we may get something out of the match. Get the ball into the box and take on their defence. Trying to carve open their defence or trying the perfect combo of passes to score, don't see that happening today.

I’m sure he’ll come good eventually but Keita looks well off the pace and hasn’t impressed me at all in the spells he had the season.

He hasn’t created any chances and he doesn’t seem to have a shot on him either. If you’re playing in the middle 3 as the only attacking player you need to bring more to the game.

Anyway, here’s hoping we turn this around but Palace look solid and there aren’t many gaps in their 11 behind the ball.
