Extrapolate the current situation mathematically and we get 90 points to win it. 56 points / 24 games x 38 games = 89 points.

      Halfway mark 44 points / 19 games x 38 games = 88 points.

Get to 90 points with a few games to spare and we're in with a fighting chance.

Of course this is all based on historical data for this season. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.

These are City’s next 3 fixtures..Anyone that think they cannot drop points against these 3 need to give their head a wobble..they have also a cup final & CL to think about too..

3 games in 7 days will take its toll..

      Sunday 3rd February
      Arsenal

      Wednesday 6th February
      Everton

      Sunday 10th February
      Chelsea

We just need to keep our focus..

I think we will have an unassailable lead when we hit 96 points. We will have it won then, but will continue to overhaul their total of 100 points last season.
      That’s my dream anyway 😁

This season is breaking all records for points totals already ever since the PL started.

We'll win it in 90. I'm predicting that City will self destruct. :D

I think there are going to be a few more bumps with us and City both dropping unexpected points. Both teams are capable of winning all their remaining games but I think it’s unlikely.

94 points will do it I think.

Just win every game until the League is ours and then win some after that as well.

This is the only way to go,just carry on winning matches and let City do the worrying.

As the points stand now 5 points seems to flatter us in that I believe City will end the season with a better GD than we will.

If that is the case we can afford to lose 1 game now if City win every game from here on in.

A defeat and a draw from us could result in City taking the league on GD.

It's a very small 5 point lead in that respect.

I think we will win our next 2 but if City keep pace with us I have to question how we will handle the pressure as a whole club after seeing some of the nervy scenes on and off the pitch against Leicester.

Interesting, its obviously a very rough calculation and doesn't take into account dips in form and trends etc but using that calculation we should end up with 96 points, Citeh 88 and Spurs 85, that would mean we win with a couple of games in hand, yes please I'd take that! :-)

In reality anything can happen but I simply cannot imagine that any of those 3 will go unbeaten to the end and if they do then they fully deserve the title, I have high hopes that when we get our main defenders back we will regain our defensive solidity again and our attackers are more up to speed now than at the start of the season plus we now have Fabinho fully integrated with Keita coming along so it should all be good.
I still fancy us to win but its important we keep or increase the gap to Citeh, I'm not sure how well we'd do if we are under pressure and slip behind.

With 14 games to go including this weekend, you have to ask yourself whether City can win of all of theirs - something that looks unlikely this season.

Id say somewhere in the region of 10/11 wins will be enough to get us over the line.

I think if we beat City and Leicester, we'd be 13 points clear instead of 5. 5 points is wide open, hopefully Arsenal can beat them and we can go 8 clear if we beat west ham.

And if we'd won every game we'd be 16 points clear

      If buts and maybe's

we dropped 11/72 points. Must be around 15% as a guess. If we carry on the same we'll drop around 17/114 and have 97 points at the end. Is that enough?

Lets hope Rafa can do a number on Spurs...least the two divers Kane and Dele the Diver are still on the sick.

I don't like Pochettino, he knows a bit to much for my liking. He doesn't overload the team with tactics, plays attacking football.Lets the players ply their trade. Get the spirit in the camp right, motivation. Given enough money he will make Spurs a force for the foreseeable future.

Spurs have lost 6 times already, they aren’t winning the title.
