Atkinson’s first game, he issued I think 5 yellows to Birmingham and awarded city a last minute pen for a nothing challenge, for city to win !
Does that tell you anything ?

Did we even win any game with the fecking atkinson as referee, did not flash the red card and did not awrded us a penalty when there is clear contact when he was only probably 8 yards away. That idiot referee won them a point.

Yes we should have done some business bring in some freshness. Cant keep looking at Sturridge as our impact sub

Not great conditions for us though. Was the same last season against the blue sh*te. F***ing snow.

Here's a good one: what was the Dubai trib and the break worth? Not much I'd say. Shaq is a shadow of his former times, Keita is meh (for 60 Mio.  ), Salah was a no-show. Take our exit in the FA-Cup into account and we have a small crisis.

I will give him until the end of next season before I start worrying, but totally get why some are not fans of his.

I'm not trying to blame anything everything but going off to dubai  for a summer break is that a wise move, two extreme climate within such a short period and our players looked daze still trying to acclimatise, moreso bobby.

So many mistakes from Klopp.
1. Loaning Clyne
2. Starting with Keita instead of Fabinho.
3. Relying on such a thin squad and on Salah too much. Do you expect Lallana or Sturridge to win us a match!? They can, but their management has been horrible so far this season. Klopp is a great manager but he f***s up on big occasions too often.
4. It's clear that the team was not in the right mindset since the 10th minute. Klopp should have done something.

Salah has under-performed against the big teams...

Got to be honest, given how badly we started that second half, the result could have been so much worse. Will I take a point? Yeah, given how Leicester had two incredible chances in that period where we were so poor.

I'm not putting this on the players though. This was a result borne out of an atmosphere that very much went against the players. The griping, sighing and anxious non sensical shouts to 'come on!!' never seemed to cease from about the 20 minute mark onwards. It was far too negative for a home crowd and the needless pressure it had on the players was telling to the extent that even our best most calming influences on the team, Robbo, VVD, Salah could not find their groove. From the earliest moment it seemed that the fans thought this was a tied game in the 90th minute in early May. It's still January for heavens sake. I suspect even on here and across social media it was very much the same. Some of us are going to relax a little bit because in the end we were all working against them tonight.

Not taking anything off Leicester though. They were excellent and were well worthy of their point. Their players fed off the negative atmosphere quite happily because it showed them, even long before they scored, that they were doing something right.

Regardless, it's an extra point eked out at the top and still only 1 defeat. 5 points? It's a little bit of insurance at this stage.

Looked like it was going well, until an abrupt halt.

A lot of things changed the game. Maquire should have been shown a red. Keita & Salah were both respectively fouled in the 12 yard box.

All in all, it was an incredibly wasteful night. We don’t do it the easy way, do we?

Ah what the F**k. We going into Feb and we are 5 points clear at the top of the Prem,  taking on all comers including bent officials.
Offer me that at start of season and I’ll bite your hand off and take my chances with the official corruption till the end of the season !

1. Clyne playing well for Bournemouth, isn't he? Nice 4-0 win for him vs Chelsea today!
2. Seems like Fabinho only had 1 full training session before match day, so totally get why Keita played tbh.

No completely agree, same ref each half, different outcome, add 30 secs for a 1 min added time first half, 4 secs for 4 mins second half, complete b/s let alone the blatant pen, and the none red for last man on mane

Can't understand barring injury why you would take off Firmino especially for Sturridge. You could make a case for Origi but not for a player that we should have sold him two seasons ago just has not got it anymore... Lallana is another one that should have been sold...Even Keita was showing more than Lallana

Away from that I just had the feeling that we would draw this game

Build up was too slow, Forwards too static made it all to easy for them to defend

I would say, no plan B, but knocking the ball side to side and constantly pumping the ball into their box when they have all 6 footer defenders. Ok, Keita did not do much but at least he had the balls to carry the ball into the box and tried to create something instead of many, as in Bobby and the rest did the sideway passes.
