No two ways about it, in the space of 4 days we’ve had the lead twice and dropped 4 points to go from having should of extended our lead to 7 to having the gap cut to 3, is a monumental bottle job. Now it’s more than likely that we go into our next game in 2nd place.

Fabinho, Keita and Robertson were our best players in the 2nd half, but we didn't have that playmaker or striker

Absolute rubbish from the whole team, but even more from some specific individuals.

Once again, the lack of even a faint smell of creativity behind that front three is shocking and it cost us. Easy night for the opposition's defense once again.

We can sh*t on Mane and Salah all night, but it won't change the fact that nobody reads any of their runs and nobody from the midfield takes the pressure off them with runs or clever passes. Salah and Mane spent all night with a minimum of 2 men on their back and the best our midfield could do was to make side passes between them and the full-backs.

Keita and Firmino were particularly bad. Won't even say anything more about these two because I don't know how to formulate it in a polite way.

Get real were playing pathetic at the moment. No chance of league unless we improve 100%

Disappointing result. But again, unfortunately, can't argue we deserved more. Just not enough quality in the final 3rd again.
Don't know how much possession we had, but seemed like a lot - just didn't have the guile up front to even create a clear chance.
Firmino was awful, so much depends on him in the middle of the front 3, and we lost a huge amount of possession off him. Mo wasn't great either, only Mane again looked on it.
Best I've seen Naby play in a long time, thought he was good in the 2nd half - Adam and Fab not really having much effect.
At the back, not the brick wall we were, Matip makes me nervous, but with the amount of possession we had, you have to hope the attacking mid/front 3 can take advantage - and they didn't.
Sloppy, disjointed - but a point.
Long way to go, but we could be doing with putting this wobble behind us and fast. Have the CL coming soon too.
