      Pre-Match: Manchester United V Liverpool (24/02/19 - 14:05)
      Feb 20, 2019 11:28:05 am

If we win this, I can see us going on a run and kicking on big time in the league. If we lose, all the momentum shifts back to City. This game is massive. We can play it down all we want as just another three points but it is more than that.

Please no midfield three of Hendo, Milner and Gini. Dropping Hendo for this will be difficult after his performance last night and he possibly starts. You could also have Fabinho at centre half ahead of Matip!

Time to stand up and show our mettle in the biggest game of our season so far. 1-2 Reds!!!  :kop5cf8koxp6: :kop5cf8koxp6:

I think Fab and Wijnaldum are definitely in. It's between Hendo, Keita, and Milner for the last position in that midfield in my opinion.

We are certainly stronger with the option to use the other 2 off the bench now RB is covered.

Think it's more likely Momentum support a proper socialist team and city.

You need more than momentum Keith. You need to perform at a level (technically) this team hasn’t shown any capacity for all season.

Huge test for your lot - you need to at least TRY to play which (as we all know) is perfect for us.

If we perform to our best you can’t win regardless.

Yeah you're a better team than United at present but we have the old adage form goes out of the window for Derby matches. Well at least I hope so.  :D

In which case so - quite explicitly - does your momentum surely?

Listen - it’s a big game - but I actually think it’s arguably bigger for you. Good result could cement OGS, bad and bubble is burst and everything is up in air again.

If we lose - we’re still joint top with 11 to go.......

Back 5 and front 3 are pretty much straight forward, but the midfield will differ for each poster. For me, Fabinho, Wijnaldum and Keita , but they are in for a hell of a fight in midfield.

Might need the height and strength of Hendo in the middle for this one against Matic and Pogba.

Fab is a must against those flick ons from midfield by Lukaku.

Disagree Scotia, much bigger for you. Your fighting for the holy grail of football, something you haven't won for nearly 30 years. Win this and confidence goes sky high for you and your fans.

Think you know my thoughts on Ole anyway. Still Poch for me but obviously getting increasingly harder with so many wins under his belt now, time will tell. This is still the best, most anticipated game in the premier league not just for our fans but globally.

I agree, without doubt it's a bigger game for us, and with us fighting for the title vs our biggest rival, I echo it being the most anticipated game globally this season.

As for Poch, keep dreaming, you ain't getting him!!!

Milners fighting and graft could be useful Yeh, just think he might go with a bit more experience of this fixture especially away from home

Problem is these lesser teams always find an extra gear when they play us. So please we had last nights game to get the holiday legs out of the way against a good Bayern team who are regular semi finalists.
Fully expect us to go back to the top of the league after this win scoring a few goals wouldn't go a miss either.

I'm torn on who to pick for the midfield. Glad it's Klopp's job and not mine.

I think Fab has to be in there, as does Gini. So that leaves Hendo, Milner and Keita. Think Keita sits for this one so it's between our two captains.....tough call to be honest. Based on Hendo's performance last night, probably have to side with him.

Yep, agree with the poster above. Reckon we will see a midfield of Fab, Gini, Hendo. Difficult to drop Keita as there are real signs he is getting there but even more difficult to drop Hendo after that performance last night. Other two are nailed on in my opinion.
