It's not about not having the balls to do it.. it's about having the sense not to

      Yep.

As much as Mane and Mo were below par I doubt that'll happen two games in a row.

Mad call that from Brian. ;D

I want Moreno to try if he can bring more explosiveness 'cause he's more dynamic than Robbo.

      Hahahahahahahahahahahaha ha

Don't need a 'statement' or 7 goals here, just need to win and get a bit of confidence back. Especially considering City will probably stick 4 or 5 past Bournemouth.

If there's no Bobby I'd put Shaqiri and move Salah in the middle. Anything bar Sturridge really.

Yeah, well replacing Robbo with Moreno would definitely qualify as insanity. What are you on?

      Don't say drugs man!  ;D

No one on drugs would even consider sh*t like that.   :D :D :D :D

Just listened to TAW's review and f**k me, why haven't any of us thought of it.

Mane on the right (where he was exceptional before he was moved across when Salah arrived), Shaq on the left and Mo in the middle.

      Yep.

Remember the first game well City were up 3-0 after 11 minutes or something the defending in some countries would have warranted a betting review.

I know from where this is coming but I do not have balls to do it and do not think that Klopp has to. They need to redeem themselves.

What from one poor game?? Mane has been superb recently and Salah was fantastic against Bournemouth and fairly dangerous all season. They'll both be fine for this game but I do agree with the general point that they need more competition for their places, we simply have to strengthen in attack in the summer, at least one big name player if not two as Origi and Sturridge are simply not good enough.

There is and there will be a lot of glee from some if the skipper is left out after the 'incident' on Sunday.

For me Trent has to come in and it's either Keita or Shaqiri for Firmino.

      Trent    Matip    Van Dijk    Robertson

      Fabinho    Wjinaldum

      Shaqiri    Keita    Mane

Yup, thats pretty much how I think it might be.

Although Im actually wondering if fab might be given a rest, and Hendo will play the holding role.

Couldn't make my mind up between Henderson and Fabinho and was trying to think who has played more recently and you're probably right that Fabinho has played more so it could be Hendo who gets the nod.

Yea, just a suspicion why klopp took hendo off before others on sunday, save his legs for another start wednesday.

Also Gini was Ill and is still finding full firness he could be sub.

I don't suppose anyone knows of a spare ticket going for this one? Just found out I’m working in Manchester on Wednesday and staying up north. My usual suspects for a ticket are all tapped out.

Well apparently Klopp went nuts at the team in the dressing room and singled out Hendo, so yes I'd be a bit surprised if Hendo starts, I still think our best midfield is Fabinho, Gini and Keita, they have a nice balance together.

But criticising Hendo on here has been outlawed. Get jumped on..."blame Hendo" syndrome. Well I'll have a pop...might not get noticed. He was on the peripheral for most of the game.OK I get that he was holding while Fab was the midfield/attack link but he was passing sideways, even when he had time and space.

The lad himself must know he is under pressure to be more assertive. There has to be more urgency all round and continually laying it back to VVD or Matip slows it down. I very much doubt reports of a dressing room bust up, more likely Klopp was critical of the team in not reacting to United's disarray and failure to grasp the moment as it were.
