Heard nothing of this but no doubt some, you included, take this type of stuff as gospel.

Not as gospel but assuming he's not a robot how could he not go apeshit at them after that crap display, it seems fairly plausible.

is that your best attempt at serious post . You need to speak with Jürgen not me and you need to read posts before trying to be smart which you are clearly not.
Despite the lack of assists from our midfield and despite the lack of goals from midfield we are top of the League so come on smartarse you explain how we achieved that with our defensive midfield.

Let me try, we achieved that by having an outstanding defence and brilliant strikers, but put a Stevie G in midfield and we would be pissing on everyone right now, Imagine having attacks coming from FB's AND through the middle, now that is a bit radical isn't it!!!

Bit disappointed that Klopp didn't go into extensive detail about Naby Keita's illness.  Whether it was a toilet based illness or not - that kind of thing.  I really appreciated hearing all about Gini the other week. 🤮

Just listened to TAW's review and f**k me, why haven't any of us thought of it.

Mane on the right (where he was exceptional before he was moved across when Salah arrived), Shaq on the left and Mo in the middle.

Yeah, not a bad call. Mane probably was a bit more effective on the right (although overall he's been pretty effective on the left as well).

Another option would be Salah on the left, Mane right and Origi up front. Watford will be set up to defend narrow, so it would be interesting to see our wingers wanting to go outside of opposition FBs more than inside.

Switching those 2 wide men around is something we could do more in general, in games where we are struggling to break teams down. It's not gonna be our first choice option with Bobby up front, cos he wants to play more in front of the defence rather than attacking crosses, but as something to try to shake things up when we are struggling it still could be worth it even then. With Origi up front, though, it could actually be an option from the start of games.

Lot using " we are top" to fend off any criticism doesn't really wash. Our aim has to be to win the league and we have to improve to have any hope.

Ha ha exactly what I thought - what the f**k is he talking about

The only reason I see what that person posts is when someone quotes him.

FYI, I've not said a thing about goals or assists coming from midfield, I've simply stated what Klopp himself has said on many occasions, so if you have a problem with the fullbacks being our main attacking outlet, and at least 2 of 3 midfielders being primarily defenders, you should take it up with Klopp.

Really, if people can't even be bothered to listen to the manager when he explains how he sets us up, it's probably best to give football a swerve and move on to something more your speed.
      Netball perhaps.

I wasn’t even talking about you, f**k me you’re unbelievably egotistical.

Walton said something about how we shouldn’t be too concerned with the attacking outputs of our midfielders.

So wind YOUR neck in you f**king weirdo.

you don't even address the question or is it just too much to take in the fact I agree with Jürgen in how we set up makes  us difficult to beat whilst releasing our wing backs high up the park which cannot be done if our midfield doesn't hold its position. Its ok taking pot shots but unless you actually have a contribution to make why bother

Oh for F**k sake, are you serious? I don’t care what system we play, the midfielders position on the pitch means they should be contributing consistently with attacking stats.

Klopp has recognised this hence why he wanted Fekir.

I think the opposition have seen that there is minimal threat from our midfield hence they just double up on our front players, if they are on form then their individual brilliance and link up play can overcome this but when they are off colour it’s too easy for the opposition defence.

Need at least one midfielder making it s front 4 on occasions to keep the opposition guessing.

Stop, read and understand it will hold you in good stead in life!

Klopp wanted Fekir an attacking midfielder, he will get somebody similar in the summer to unlock packed defences.

      Not too difficult is it?

Think the team could do with being freshened up tomorrow,  apart from the obvious fact that the 'fresh' players look more stale than the usual team, at the moment there aren't many options

Always thought Watford a decent mid table side. Having said that a must win game for the Reds. In front of a home crowd, I am going for a 3  1 victory for the Red Men. btw do not think this game is being televised, anyone know for sure ?

      One of them should.

2 of 3 midfielders are primarily defenders who are covering for the fullbacks, thus ensuring we maintain at least a semblance of back 4 solidity, when they (the fullbacks) are right up the field.

After the breaks, and the lack of matches, surely they should all be well rested?

It's hardly been loads of matches over the last few weeks, no reason for any player to be less than fresh, injury and illness excluded of course.
