      Pre-Match: Liverpool V Wolves (12/05/19 - 15:00)
      May 08, 2019 10:16:49 am

Assuming Robbo is hurt after last night, this is what I'd go with. The heroes who battered Barcelona in that second half with Salah coming in for Shaq!

The lads have four days full rest before this and should be bouncing onto that pitch. We have absolutely nothing to lose in the first of two remaining finals.

An incredible season from the team with no regrets. Lets finish the league on a high and see what happens! 3-1 The Reds!!!  :kop5cf8koxp6: :kop5cf8koxp6: :kop5cf8koxp6:

Yea Id expect Salah back, Robbo & Hendo probably doubts.

Salah will be buzzing actually after missing last nights game, he will want to grab a goal or 2 to stay top of goal charts. ;-)

      Is Bobby still Injured ?

Christ pre-match thread already, I’m barely recovered from last night!

To say we go into this game full of confidence I think would be an understatement.
Think Gomez will be coming into the side but where I don’t know, guess it partly depends how Robbo is.

Massive game this, got to get the win on the off chance that City do slip up.
Can think of other teams I’d rather be playing against than Wolves mind.

Gomez can definitely play on the left right? Can’t remember him ever filling in on the left.

His first 15 or so games for the club under Rodgers were at left back

He spent most of his first year on the left when he wasn’t injured. Made his debut there

That’s where he started out when first broke into the team under Rodgers, think he played his first 6-7 games at left back. Having said that I’d prefer to see Milner there meself. Gomez doesn’t looks match fit yet and he got turned and burned a couple of time last night once he came on

Seems like there was one game early this season where he subbed in as a left back, maybe when someone picked up a knock. And while I can't remember the opponent, my memory is that he didn't so well there this time (as opposed to at center back where he is top notch and right back where he is reasonable).

But saying all that, I would expect Milner at left back, so if Joe starts it will mostly likely be next to Virgil.

If Henderson misses this one for injury, and Milner plays left back, who is the other midfielder along with Gini and Fabinho? Doubt if Ox would be fit to go 90 minutes (if even in the squad). Lallana isn't fit. Shaquiri I doubt Klopp would trust to handle the defensive responsibilities of playing midfield.

Any chance we play with wing backs and maybe Shaq behind two strikers? Seems odd that Divock would start on the bench after last night, but, it's possible.

Robbo, Bobby still unsure. Origi, Hendo with knocks - hope they recuperate by Sat.

      Mane-Origi-Mo
      Gini-Fab-Hendo
      Milly-Virgil-Matip-TAA
      Alisson

Subs: Mig, Lovren, Gomez, Shaq, Bobby, Sturridge, Rhian

Wolves' strength is through their flanks. I hope we got the legs to tackle that. Milly played RB against them in Dec, no person better to put your trust in, to replace Robbo.

Surely we now command more respect after tearing Barcelona apart? Get the early goal and send the message to the Amex.

A few months ago I sh*t myself at the thought of it coming down to the last game of the Season and we get Wolves and they get Brighton. Typical it's come down to this, gutted beyond belief if we don't win it, so here's hoping Brighton can do what the previous 5 F***ing Clubs (we expected to help), couldn't do and cost those Manc cu*ts points.

I'm starting to get a feeling that we might just do this, but if not lets end on a high and be proud of an incredible season. I fancy us to tear into Wolves, they are dangerous but have been quite patchy lately and the one silver lining from Leicester not bothering to really attack City on Monday is that Wolves are now secure in 7th place with F all to play for, so hopefully they'll be in holiday mode, whereas Brighton take great pride in taking points off the top 6 at home, same as Burnley.
