Would hate to see him at a rival.

Would hate to see him back at Liverpool more.

Fair enough ken. I accept and totally understand your pov.

If the price was right I would have him back. He could help us stay at the top ... wouldn't need to settle in and has the sprinkle of magical stardust we lack outside of our front 3. He is world class.

      He's not world class.
He has the odd world class moment.
Apart from that, he's very much a luxury player.

He thought the grass was greener at Barcelona, well he can keep F***ing chewing on it. It might help with faked back injuries.

      ?

How come Barca and Bayern don't want him?

Barca have apparently slashed the value of him down to £45 million.

Klopp will never take him back.

      And he's spot on.

We would have to want him here and he would want to be here, if both of those aren't met then it's not happening and I don't think either of them are.

Never have him back. Pushed for a transfer, faking back injuries. In my opinion, disrespected all of us. He’s had his fingers well and truly burn’t. The grass is very rarely greener. Good luck at Newcastle or wherever he ends up. Silly lad.

Id take him back, hes had a tough time since he moved. But hes still class.

Not sure where he would fit into our current system though, but never hurts to have quality players around who can score worldies.

I dont think we can afford his wages now, so its probably a non starter anyway.

Wouldn't have him back at all. We have been a more balanced team without him. Him and Suarez used the club as stepping stones, how the f--k dare they.

We have been a much better team since he left. thats probably more to do with a certain CB & Goalie joining. ;-)

Really dont hold an anger or grudge any player who decides they want to leave.

Too much anger and hate in this world already.

      Peace n love fellow reds.

Id have him back on the basis that he has a point to prove to us fans in terms of seeking forgiveness and rediscovering his form plus the fact that he has one of the best curled shots into the top corner that I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. He is a luxury player but what an impact he could make coming off the bench or as an option for Mane or Salah in rotation.

Everyone deserves a second chance, yes the way he left was silly, but before that he had always been a model professional and valuable member of the squad.

I think the team has evolved since he has left, player's are taking more responsibility. A lot of our play centred on Coutinho and teams were becoming aware of it. I would rather have a player come in with bags of pace to add a new dimension to the team when needed. Hoping for big things from the ox and kieta.

I'd have him back if Klopp wanted him back and he was willing to apologize for acting like a c**t.  I don't think we need him at present, but if Klopp thought it was the right move then I'd get behind it.

Yeah, I don’t see the point of this thread, it’s basically just the same posts where some want him back, some don’t and some aren’t bothered either way.
