Nov. 8, 2015 - 1-2 to Crystal Palace
Jan. 17, 2016 - 0-1 to Man United
Jan. 21, 2017 - 2-3 to Swansea
April 23, 2017 - 1-2 to Crystal Palace.

Four other losses under Jürgen at Anfield by my count:

Jan. 26, 2016 - 0-1 to Stoke City (aet) in the 2nd leg of the League Cup semifinal (think this still counts as a loss - we won on penalties afterward.
Jan. 25, 2017 - 0-1 to Southampton, League Cup semifinal
Jan. 28, 2017 - 1-2 to Wolves in FA Cup 4th Round.
Jan. 27, 2018 - 2-3 to West Bromwich Albion, FA Cup 4th Round.

Coming up on two calendar years since we've lost at home in any competition, and of course we're at 33 months in the Premier League. As DLS says, staggering.

its f***in incredible and may I say how good is the atmosphere now at Anfield again down to Jürgen's energy

Jürgen is a man who we all need to admire and follow. He has always been a good footballer and then manager but he has shown us that hard work is at the root of all success . He is so unassuming but we know how hard he works with his team to give us what we see right now and all enjoy. I just hope he enjoys this as much as we do and that his family appreciate how grateful we are that we have him.

Mediocre at best as a player, Walt; pretty sure he's said that himself.  But as we know, you don't need to be a top player to become a great manager.

No surprise. The Kop and the fans are capable of driving the team to achieve results such as these. This is Anfield. Of course the right manager is just as important.

Good piece by Paul Wilson about Klopp's humility and some of his thoughts on team-building.I thought this bit was especially interesting about his approach to training as a development tool:

“What is really impressive at the moment is that the young boys are closing the gap on the older players. We like to play old versus young on the training pitch when we can – we play the length of two 18-yard boxes and the players love it. For each of the last three years, olds have won easily, by a country mile, maybe 25-10 or something. At the moment, though, the young lads are winning by one. That shows the development and means the players are pushing like crazy in training.”

Has now won PL manager of the month for August, September, November and December. Didn’t pick up maximum points due to a draw at the toilet in October or it would be 5/5.
