If apparently Tierney  didn’t say anything bad to Klopp why not release it to the public?

I'll bang the drum again, send the refs to rugby ref school, mic them up on the screen explaining the decision so everyone knows what's said and what's going on. So bloody simple

They're worried it will create a precedent but tbh there's no reason why we shouldn't get to hear this live when it happens - as others have said, it works in rugby: the ref makes a decision and is miked up so you can hear the explanation. Mike Riley a couple of seasons ago dismissed it because it was invading the refs' privacy (or words to that effect) which is absolute nonsense ... there's clearly a culture issue within PGMOL that needs dismantling and hopefully Howard Webb will do that when he takes over fully.

With regards to Klopp he really does need to grow up and manage himself a lot better. Dermot Gallagher was talking about it this morning on Sky and said that he had reffed some grassroots games himself this season and had struggled with some of the behaviour - he's reffed in the Premier League and for FIFA so if he struggles to manage players and coaches what chance is there for a young ref just starting out? And this is the issue - we all agree that referees are not great but the grassroots players do copy what they see on the telly and if they see Klopp do it and get away with it then they will do it too. There is already an issue with recruitment of football referees and this will only get worse if there isn't a change in how the managers and players on the telly behave.

Jurgens been charged, has until Friday to respond.

Assuming he’s going to get at least a couple games touchline ban. Surely they wouldn’t have the balls to ban him for the remainder of the season.

So what other evidence is required to support the fact they have an issue with Liverpool or Liverpool players. Total disgrace.

As when the framing of a question is altered whilst the substance remains the same only for the respondent to give a different answer. I would call it the 'bald tw*t ref fallacy'.

The media are creating their own narratives and storylines from matches at weekends.

How is it 3 weeks ago a ref elbows a player in the face and nothing happens and everyone just shrugs their shoulders and moves on?

All the highlights had Skipps challenge edited from the game.

Any mention of it was brushed away by the pundits the following days.

If you listen to Klopps post match comments in hindsight they are pretty tame. He even owned up to being wrong.

The journalist is literally looking to make more of it than Klopp is.

They all want headlines and ratings. Its ridiculous. They engineer their own version of reality.

Klopp pretty much admitted that he prob shouldn’t have said what he did because it was always going to be taken out of context.

Suspect he will get a couple game touchline ban now

To be fair he's a pr**k himself. Screaming about how Hamilton have just scored a fourth against Peterhead or whatever. Think his time on Countdown proved what a sh*t presenter he actually is.

I said last year when he announced he was leaving that I suspected it'd be Alex Scott who replaced him, and I haven't changed that view. She ticks every box for the politcally correct world we live in.

But this is to discuss Jürgen and I'll say what I said the other day, keeping being you Jürgen because we're F***ing glad you're a Red. Don't bow down to the FA or their officials. When they're clearly in the wrong, tell them, show them and then laugh at them.

He has deservedly earned legendary status and his legacy is well and truly written into our story.
For what it's worth, if Stevie ever gets the nod to manage us....  I'd bet money on his commitment being as equally measurable.

Jürgen you could say, almost impossible act to follow, especially nowadays, with such a merry go round of football managers !
