Decision for Klopp next season will be whether to play Trent in mid full time or continue with the hybrid version - fullback/playmaker.

Currently 3-4-3 formation. Also allows Fabinho to play the holding role 100%. Passing option increased as well. Konate has played his part and has been brilliant. Covers so much ground. Bringing in a top attacking midfielder should be the priority to complement what we have.
..If it ain't broke etc.etc....We do need fresh legs in there though next term, Henderson's dropped a gear this season and I don't think it comes back easily in players of his vintage.

Nice to see Jürgen with a smile on his face, once again.  Let's win our last couple of games to make it a decent end of season.

Never doubted him! sh*te season no doubt but everyone knew Klopp would turn us around. He’s the best in the world. Only Klopp can go toe to toe with City

Should he kop some of the blame for being 21pts behind City?  Should he get a 'free pass' because of past performance ?  Some might say he didn't deal with the injuries or didn't have them primed and it led to a poor start more than once. Nobody is above criticism, we know that but he'll probably get the benny.

      7/10 season.

It's a D in any exam. Anything lower is an F. This season is a disappointment, not a failure.

Really? When I went to school 70% would grade an A or B+ I think. Sorry but this season is not a 7/10 season. 5 at best. By our standards and by standards of a team expected to challenge its been 5/10. Nothing more.

beginning in 1990 here are our league placements by quantity:

      1st: 1
      2nd: 6
      3rd: 7
      4th: 6
      5th: 2
      6th: 4
      7th: 3
      8th: 3

We look to be nailed on for 5th, but 6th and 4th have outside chances. Maybe we mean different things by our ratings out of 10. I think it is a disappointment, bolstered somewhat by improved performance and results here at the end. Not a failure or pathetic.

Values according to metrics are famously difficult to agree on. One person's 6 would be close to excellent...and another person's 6 would be borderline garbage. Unless everyone is working to the same chart it's of little to no use.

7/10 was for Klopp. Could be less for some of the players. But again injuries are not his fault. Could argue he's a borderline 7 but not 5/10. We are not that far off the top 4 but yes our aim should be top 2 and semi's in C/L. Did he take his eye off the mid squad and when he took a long look he saw an ageing squad. We can say he's been short changed by the owners but still the mid squad was struggling.

Been said a manager earns his money when things go pear shaped and could be said he's turned an 8/9th position into a fighting 5th. Now we look like a team that means it. The desire is back but is it back for good. We shall see.

Marks out of 10 have been used to class performances for years so we all know how it works. We have a MOTM on here and newspapers and sites use the point out of 10 marking.

Tierney will be unable to officiate at Anfield now he will be hounded. Seen so many managers loose it but only Jürgen gets the heat.

John Brooks is gonna ref the game against Villa on Saturday.

The same John Brooks who Klopp celebrated in front of that lead to the comments about Tierney.

Imagine calling a Manchester referee who's family support city a cheat. The cheek of it. Same could be said of fellow mancunians Taylor and kavanagh. They don't even try and hide it now. All ran by fergusons 12th man 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

And Tierney has been punished for his sheer incompetence...by being given the FA Cup Final to referee.
