Wolves have got a substantially more difficult finish to the season than United.  Away at Burnley, Sheff Utd and Chelsea and their home games are Arsenal, Everton and Palace.

United have got West Ham and Bournemouth home, Villa away.  There's 9 points banked already.

Does this mean you think we're improving JD  ;D

For the last few years we’ve finished the season fighting for either top 4 or to try and win the league. Makes a nice change that whilst there’s 5 or 6 teams scrapping to stay in the league, and just as many trying to get top 4, all we have to play for now is records.

      I like it.

Some unexpected results in the last couple of days; West Ham beating Chelsea, Sheffield United beating Spurs so easily, Bitters beating Leicester and our defeat to City.

Yes but on reflection our loss was maybe not so surprising, I think we all got a bit excited by the fact that Fernandinhio and Aguero would be missing and forgot about their incredible squad depth, plus we played with a "hangover", that surprised me a bit to be honest, but I think its only natural really after the joy of finally winning the title last week, the release of tension and anxiety for the lads must have been immense.

If I was Aston Villa I'd be a bit nervous though because surely there'll be a big reaction to the result yesterday.

hmm, not sure I agree, its not like they pissed on us, we had plenty of opportunities to score ourselves, we just didn't take them, they were simply more clinical and a bit sharper on the day.

Since the restart City have been the best team in the premiership. Very surprised just how well their playing when you consider the last 3 months.

Yes, I'd agree with that, but then we were pretty damned good against Palace and your lot have been very good as well.

I honestly think its just one of those weird games where all the stars aligned for them, Sterling finally had a good game again, De Bruyne putting himself in the shop window in case the ban is not overturned, Foden having a superb game etc

As long as we bounce back well against Villa then I'm not that bothered, there are certain grounds where we very rarely win, Old Trafford, Goodison and Etihad.

Palace been bit of bogey team for you in the passed so yeah good result but nothing special when you consider  their position in the league. I've just never like Sterling, even when he was with you lot but the c**t can play  ;D

De Bruyne is just something else, you just can't help but admire him no matter who he plays for. if City get two years I think he's a goner.

Foden looking like he's in the same catogory as that lad at Old Trafford.  :P (( Greenwood )) Stardom awaits both players if they continue to train on.

I think it's pretty natural and understandably when you won league the the players come out of top gear. Granted still couple of records can be broken but in reality you really never get remembered for them. The holy grail of football is what counts.

Like I've already said United are improving but still long way to go before catching you fookers up.  ;D

Its more the way we played against Palace Keith, we completely dominated them and they are actually one of the teams who have been ok after the restart. They did not have a single touch in our 16 yard area, which apparently has never happened before or certainly not for a very very long time.

You expected a 4-0 defeat? You think the goals we conceded were acceptable? Whilst we had a few chances, we were lucky that it didn’t finish with them having 6 or 7.

The defeat didn’t happen by chance, they were far better than us on the day. The manner of the defeat wasn’t good enough.

Got the Champs League in August, so need to maintain that level they're at.
