Think this will always be my personal favourite, last one I bought too... simple and retro feeling.

Wasn’t keen on that one myself. I think I just generally prefer it to be a darker red; the 17/18 and 18/19 type colour.

I prefer the embroided Liverbird too.

On the whole, in terms of the match day kits, it’s not a good start for Nike IMO.

Not bought a shirt since the first warrior kit (tend to buy the retro kits) but was planning to get this one. Price tag and the teal has killed it fir me. Might pick up this seasons NB kit on the cheap before they’re all gone, £35 quid last time I checked

Yeah warming to that idea myself as well. Quite like the idea of grabbing the kit we ended the drought in.

This might be the first one I buy since the charcoal gray (Black) Adidas number. Love the look of it.

I get people's issue with the pricing of the kit, but it does strike me odd that people are complaining that we don't have any money for transfers and then turn around and complain that the kit is too expensive. So do we want the club to make a lot of money off of this deal or no?

Also for people complaining about the shade of red....appears that it's actually quite close to last year's red....

In fact, I'd say last year's only looks darker due to the gold emblem and/or stitching.

That looks much darker than what the players were wearing.

It’s all just personal preference and things always look a bit different when you can actually see the shirt in front of you rather than on a screen.

I think it all comes down to personal preferences in the end, but I personally don't think it is the complete disaster some people here seem to think it is. They tried to play it safe and add a slight touch to it but it didn't come out this good in the end.

It is probably overpriced for such a ''just okay'' design and the only thing that stands out is the blue bit that I don't know why they came to think it was a good idea, but I think the kit looks good on the players and this blue bit will probably not show that much during the games.

Is it one worth buying compared to some of the designs we had with NB? No, but it is definitely not one that causes soreness to my eyes haha.

It's ok, I think it looks good but it's not the best kit we've had in recent years. From what I've seen from Nike this year, is one of the best kits they have released.

As for the price, pretty sure I paid pretty much the same as what this year's costs, don't think there has been a massive increase in price.

Hopefully they release nicer stuff later this year, I was going to buy the keepers kit but it didn't looked that nice in the pictures, will wait and see more pictures before deciding.

The 125 year kit was good. Got that and not worn it so its immaculate. Thinking of getting last years just because it will turn out to be so iconic I reckon.

As someone who loves kits and collects them I will get one (ill prolly get the home and the teal one actually). But I'm super extra. I get badges and name and number. Most people don't. To each his own. I would've bought one today, but the fact that there wasn't a sponsor on the sleeve and the fact that western union isn't on LFCs sponsorship page anymore has me waiting to see what they will do.

As far as my favorite goes..... For home its either the 07 Adidas Carslberg with the collar or the 125 year kit. Non home is prolly dark blue Adidas kit with the gold stripping

Not sure why everyone is upset about the teal. It’s literally the color that’s in our logo.

I saw that WU is not on the jerseys they're selling, didn't notice it wasn't anymore in the Liverpool website.

I rather buy it without a shirt sponsor, that's why last season I brought the CL version, to avoid having the WU logo.

I wasn't really excited about the teal one but loved the Becker black goalkeeper kit. So got onto the website and ordered the black one and whilst doing it, said f**k it, I just got my tax return...getting the home top as well, so  ordered both with full badges.  ;D ;D

Now that that is done, Im buzzing and can't wait for them to arrive.  :D :D

But that's not our proper logo, it's a crest that was brought in around 1993. Our proper logo is the more simplified Liverbird and LFC. I wish the club would f**k off the crest with the shrinking liverbird.

I think we have been spoilt by NB over the past few years, especially the deeper red that just looks stunning on the pitch.  I always loved adidas kits also and after seeing Arsenals beautiful kit yesterday it just highlighted it once again that they are top kit makers.  I have also never been a fan of the Liverbird just being stuck on instead of embroided as I think it looks cheap (Nike shirts are anything but cheap) but I'm still sure we will have record sales and the shirt will still sell to those who dont really like the shirt but want to support the club.
For me I think I'll get a retro shirt instead and get another season out of our Premier league champions shirt  :)

Yes it does matter, that’s our original icon, “ A Liver Bird “ it’s unique and how we differ from any f**ker else, when people globally see that bird the instantly think LFC, LFC are a global giant , and the Liver bird is our iconic image,

If ppl see a helter skelter  & 3 horseshoes, they instantly think WHO ? Oh, it’s that shitty club in blue, who are forever in Our shadow, and have mints named after them,

The Liver bird is instantly recognisable and is all we need, IMO.

I was put on wait when I entered to look at it. It wasn't hours, not in my case, I believe it was 20-25 minutes. It was around 9am on this side of the world so, 4pm in the UK, not sure if it was worse before that
