Whatever caused it and whoever it was aimed at, pretty sure it'll be all smiles again soon. As a few have said if it makes Mo slightly less selfish then overall it'll help.

These guys don't have to love each other, they just need to love playing together.

Great to get the first clean sheet. 100% win record going into the first international break. Good stuff.

For a team that loves to grapple, push, pull and managed by an individual who loves to project a 'English hard man' image onto the game, losing 3-0 at a whimper (and it could have been more) is hardly the sort of example they intend to show off. Big, hard men in their minds but a bunch of pussy cats in reality.

All bluster and vacuous, talentless crap. They should be renamed Brexit FC.

      Easy stuff today.

Was Mane's reaction definitely at Mo? Didn't seem that clear to me.
You could see from his hand movements he was pointing out not being played in... then was probably annoyed it was him coming off on top because tbf to him he was immense today.

And to think there are advocates for bringing in more competition and rotation for the front three. Build a culture of competition, threat and distrust, selfishness will be one of the outcomes.

Just saw the replay when Mane was on the bench, Klopp turned around and just started laughing, believe me, he has control of these players

Mo needs to learn to pass if itā€™s on for a team mate. It can be the difference between winning or not and we canā€™t afford to drop points due to petulance from anyone !

Bit of sour note ending to what has been an excellent start to the set of games before the first International break. I was hoping that JĆ¼rgen will sub Mo. There were two clear instances, one for Mane and another for Firmino, when he took the selfish route. We could have won 5-0 at Burnley.

Sort it out, lads. We don't want this. It's very unlike Liverpool FC.

Just imagine his post match talk in the dressing room.

'Don't worry lads. After 31st October we won't have to stand for any of that nonsense any more. We'll get them then. Myself, Big Sam, Tony Pulis and Ian Holloway are on to it lads. That's the last time JĆ¼rgen the German makes a fool out of us proud Englishman. We fought on the beaches at D Day and in the skies over Britain to stop men like him. No deal Brexit now.'

      Salah, eh?

Greedy little tw*t was our 3rd highest provider of assists last season with 8. Mane got 1.

Hendo wasn't happy with Mane when he should've laid him off in the first half, today. Mane clearly mouthed: "sorry" to him.

Have a tantrum about it by all means but not for the world to see Mane, lad. It just fuels the gobshites.

If at the end of all of this the result is that Salah gets the rollicking he has needed for 12 months now, and he starts passing then it's going to be good news for the team. Could be the difference really.

The chat needed to be had a long time ago and I guess it's now unavoidable.

Salah has one of the highest assists

Good, professional win. Btw I finally see this forum is fed up with Salahā€™s greediness. Iā€™m surprised it took so long. Salah has been extremely selfish since the start of last season. Klopp needs to have a word with him

Iā€™m not fed up with his ā€œperceivedā€ selfishness - both Mo and Mane plenty of times have taken on shots when they should have passed but itā€™s part of their make up and Klopp wonā€™t be ā€œhaving a wordā€ or anything - they sort anything out between themselves

Was really impressed with that performance. Controlled, confident and never looked like we wouldn't take all three points.

If Salah had been a little less selfish today, this would have been five or six and I reckon he would have got the goal he so clearly craved. Mane and Firmino were imperious, the latter pulling off a couple of filthy tricks and Sadio is relentless.

Our much maligned midfield was magnificent as well, Henderson was everywhere, Fabinho and Wijnaldum doing a lot of work that usually doesn't get praised and kept that ball moving.

As for our back line, Adrian has quickly bedded in, clearly a number 2, but couldn't fault him today. Van Dijk is monster, our two full backs were just too good today, both so aware of the game around them and as for Matip, my choice for MotM today, deceptively quick, an eye for a pass, he was awesome today. Gomez has been thrown a gauntlet and it'll be interesting to see where and when he gets game time. And I've said it before, George Graham has chucked away his Viagra, when he needs wood he just watches our back four spring the offside trap.
