tbh we might as well have fielded a weaker team to ensure proper rest for the starting 11. the team never got rolling and was actually quite poor

Disappointing end to a fairly good performance. 

No good no good, gave them too much space and time on the ball and made them looked great, that is our greatest mistake.

If the front three had clicked, I think we would have won comfortably but they didn't and then we lost our concentration at the back big time. Even then, VAR should have ruled out the first.

Lessons to be learnt, with the way we've played away in Europe at times (we were better today for periods at least though) Genk and Salzburg are not a guaranteed 6 points so the home game against the latter in a couple of weeks is an absolute must win.

Imagine the uproar if Salah had gone down when he was actually pulled back.

They're not going to do anything in this. We dont lose often, we have to take this on the chin and learn from it.

Robbo has that flick out in his game, he has to train his brain right out of that.

It was a dive though. All the talk of contact is put to bed when you see it from the angle that shows him diving into Robbo. He initiated contact and I am shocked the referee fell for it to be honest.

Poor game awareness from Robertson, poor gane awareness from the referee, Callejon played for it and got it and was the 'smartest' in that situation.
