It's been mentioned here before - in previous years when we've been way behind United I still fancied us to get something whenever they came to Anfield and even if the United Twitter army don't think so you can bet that the whole United squad will fancy getting something today.
My reading of it all. United might have problems with players applying themselves consistently but they do still have players who, when they can be arsed, can hurt opposition teams. Even when we were awful I always had belief that we could do something against them, and I'm sure it's the same for them.
Three points is the name of the game. Preferably beautifully but willing to take any filthy looking win.
