This will be tough and if we play like we did in the second half against Salzburg, we won't just drop two points it will be all three. I expect a tough game but at least Leicester will come out to play. 3-1 Reds!!!  :kop5cf8koxp6: :kop5cf8koxp6: :kop5cf8koxp6:

Think this could be tougher than the Utd & Spurs matches coming up.  These are a pretty good side & try to dominate possession.

The front 3 continue to fire, we'll win a tight affair; 2-1.  Keep our lead going into the international break.

      Lovely jubbly!!

If we play like we did the first 30 mins on Wednesday we win easily if we play like we did for the next 30 minutes we lose.

I actually think we'll win this quite comfortably.

I guess the lineup question is whether Jürgen will make changes in the midfield. Keita and Ox will both be wanting a start but I wouldn't bet on it happening.

Of course he could also use Origi  on the left and Bobby behind Mo or Sadio, with other one playing on the right.

Matip out again so I look for Joe to rebound from a subpar performance.

      Challengin game. We will win.

Disappointed to hear that Matip is still out given Gomez’s performances since coming back from his injury. I would not be completely surprised if Lovren got the nod

Going for a narrow 2  1 win for the Reds, with the defence and midfield putting in, a lot better performance, than at times, against Salzburg. Otherwise we end up, dropping points for the first time this season.  Actually a bit surprised this game is not televised, in what could be a very tough fixture.

Still have faith in Gomez. He has the pace to keep up with the likes of Vardy. Fair enough he didn't do well in the Salzburg game but VVD wasn't great either.

Gomez can still be the future partner for VVD. Matip has done well and won't just stand aside for Gomez. Think we might see the Ox start or Nabby. Although the Boss might think our midfield with Hendo, Gini and Fabinho will keep it tight V Leicester.

Looking forward to a good contest.

      2-0.

Managed to wrangle tickets again for this so well chuffed. Hoping Joe shows form pre injury and makes that defence solid again . Midfield needs to get a grip on Maddison  he is their key in midfield

True it’s very early, probably being a bit harsh on the lad there and a good point on Matip, we’ve only seen his best once he had shaken off all the niggling injuries. I’d still consider Lovren though, Leicester away it’s perhaps not the best game to try and play yourself back into form

Leicester away ? Lovren has hardly shown any form either TBH and there is no chance he throws Gomez under the bus after midweek

Has returned to team training. Klopp said maybe but my hunch is he will wait for the next game to be safe. One more for Adrian.

Will be our toughest game of the season so far. Expect a similar line up but with the possibility of Alisson for Adrian and Keita for Hendo. There will be one or two casualties from the performance against Salzburg and IMO it will be Hendo. If not for Keita then Milner.

Last season we took an early lead through Mane so hopefully we can get an early lead an keep it this time. We were screwed over last time with the Maguire goal, the foul by Maguire that should have been a red before his goal and the penalty we should have been given. Lots of wrongs to put right in this game.

The treatment of Gomez after Wednesday's game has been bizarre to say the least. It's as though a 22 year old defender, or any player for that matter, can't have a bad game once in a bluemoon.

Could be Rodgers will push his players that little bit more because it's us. Obviously he will say his teams give 100% no matter who they play. Could've stayed at Celtic and added several trophies to his CV but took the challenge of Leicester and he looks like he'll at least compete for a very respectable top 6 place.

I hold no grudge and wish him well..not tomorrow tho..
