      Pre-Match: Liverpool V Tottenham Hotspur (27/10/19 - 16:30)
      Oct 25, 2019 11:14:43 am

The beginning of another winning league run please! Spurs in poor form but always seem to perform at Anfield in recent times and will be out to avenge the Champions League final.

Still we should have too much for them if we play to our usual levels. 2-0 Reds!  :kop5cf8koxp6: :kop5cf8koxp6:

Slightly irritating with them having such an easy CL game coming into this, but I still think we should more than enough for them.

They are still a bit flaky even though they won in mid week.

      4-0

Hopefully Matip back and TAA. Big call to make in midfield but have a feeling he will go with the normal  3

Agree with you on the midfield. Doesn't sound to me from the presser that Matip will be ready. Not sure if Jürgen will stick with Lovren. I know he didn't play well the last time out, but I'd  prefer to see Joe Gomez back in alongside Van Dijk. Thankfully Trent and Robbo are pronounced fit for this match (I have a hunch Trent was not really all that ill - but just rested).

Oh right I read Matip was just rested and could have played midweek ?? I agree with Joe though if not . Think having Ox and Naby to come on is how he will play it if we are in need of bit more flair

      Alisson
      Trent, Dejan, Virgil, Robbo
      Fab, Gini, Hendo
      Mo, Bobby, Sadio

Then next week in the League Cup if fitness allows, I expect Jürgen to go with

      Adrian
Milner or Neco Williams, Gomez, Lovren or Matip, Milner or Larouci
      Lallana, Keita, Ox
Elliott or Divock, Brewster, Jones or Divock

If it's a choice between Lovren and Gomez I'd still opt for Dejan at the moment.

Gomez, Ox, Keita, Lallana, Origi, Milner can all get game time the following Wednesday but for this one I think Klopp will go for the usual industry in midfield and Lovren (who has good and bad form V Kane) at the back.

Think the team in midweek was a bit of a gamble Klopp wanted to make ahead of this one by resting Gini and Hendo.

Just worry about Lovren if he gets sucked out of position with Son ,Alli rotating positions think Gomez pace better option will soon see

I think I will go for a 3  1 win for the Reds. Although think Spurs will make it as difficult as possible for us with Kane, Son and Ali. Clean sheets certainly a premium atm.

Would go the same as vs Genk but Trent in at RB and Gomez in for Lovren.

I’d like to see Ox start in midfield. Obviously we’ve been winning in recent weeks but we’ve rode our luck and haven’t looked particularly fluid. Sheffield United, Chelsea, Leicester and the draw at toilet we’re all a bit scrappy. Ox or Keita will give our midfield that little bit of offensive balance that has been lacking. Ox gets my vote she side hecan also defend.

Surely will go for Gomez after Lovrens brain fart ! And of course Gomez pace.
I would also go sigh Millie, Gini snd Ox to start in the middle.
If it looks suspect we have s good bench.
Gone for 3/1  not expecting s clean sheet if Lovren starts so pre emoting this

On edge about this match for some reason. Maybe because Spurs have been mediocre for a good bit now and I'm afraid they will put it all together and play a stormer. Hopefully we will play a stormer of our own and it wont matter, but lik eI said, nervous about this one even thought I'm usually the optimist in the room.
