Would have started Gomez and Ox for Lovren and Hendo, the defence last season was rock solid with Gomez partnering the big man, you just know Lovren will F**k up sooner rather than later, also would have gone with Ox, been very impressed with him everytime he has come on, so for me he should have started.

Never used to mind Vincent Kompany. When it was pre season and all the players were off to Dubai and The Seychelles, he was off helping charities which you cant help but respect.

His comments this week about him enjoying our misery or words to that effect were uncalled for.

This is the type of stuff that I mean when I say I dont want us to create a rivalry with these other than they are the team of the moment. The coach incident of course didnt help.

These are no doubt big games to win on the pitch, but not worthy of our thoughts beyond that.

Hendo will be key to the midfield winning the battle today. I don't think Klopp even considered not playing him.

Not knocking Hendo. Does a superb job in certain games. Yes he has been involved in huge games before, but I think everyone agrees he is a bit negative. Have to rely in Gini for the forward thrusts, that’s all.
Just hope our front three really get it together today. That will be s huge difference to our performance, as long as they are getting the service from the middle.
