Recommendations for hotel in Sydney Australia

I hope I am putting this in the right thread, if not please move. I am looking for 3 to 5 star hotel in Sydney Australia.  My boyfriend will be there for 3 weeks for work and needs to find a place to stay by Friday, December 6th.
