Totally totally dominant from the first whistle. Just like he Leicester game. Damage limitation from sheffield. They were clearly aware if the had a go, wed pick them off.
      Tremendous display of quality football.
Gini my motm, everyone played well, but I thought he was just a head above everyone else on the pitch.
3 points, pep crying in his cocoa,
Rogers frantically scribbling more notes, Jürgen grinning like a Cheshire Cat, reds fans everywhere walking like they’re 10 ft tall, and we didn’t even get out of 2nd gear.
What s team, what a manager, what a club.
Feeling like I’ve gone back to the seventies 😂😂😁
Still wearing the same clothes to be honest 😂

I always refer back to the 74 cup final or the demolition of Spurs at Anfield as a measure of just how good we were. These lads have nothing to worry about regarding history they are making their own

We are never going to get 58 points from 60 again in our lifetime.

Please prepare yourself. This is the pinnacle of supporting LFC.

I've forgotten what a post match argument feels like.

Yeah but it's difficult to compare isolated games. Been so many fantastic performances. I don't think this team is quite as good as Paisley's fantastic teams. Different time zone obviously. If we win the league this season a clearer assessment on the actuall standing of this team can be made. If these standards are maintained this season and next then this team will be regarded as the best.

It is a measure of the greatness of the history of this club that we can compare teams from the past with this great team.

Consulate home performance against a very well organised Blades side. I gave Henderson my motm, thought he was excellent once again. We really haven’t missed Fabinho and that’s the biggest compliment I can pay the skipper. Once again Gomez was very good and both Mo and Sadio looked dangerous. What a privelege to watch this dude this past 12 months

This is the most complete football team, ever.

Better than Brazil in 70's, Cruyff's Ajax, 90's Milan or Pep's Barca.

Not just first 11, but whole F***ing squad.

      What a team.

      No need for superlatives, facts speak for themselves;
Thirteen points ahead with a game in hand, halfway through the season.
Most passes ever in a premier league game.
One win away from best start to a season in history.
Invincible in the league for 12 months, on track for a full season.
On track for three figure point tally at the end of the season.

We are watching history in the making.

About Gomez’ injury history I wouldn’t actually call him injury prone if that’s what you are alluding too, all his injuries have been impact injuries from challenges which are just unlucky I guess. The likes of matip keita and lovren are an example of being injury prone with constant muscle strains etc. So I wouldn’t be worried about Gomez staying fit ! What a player he is

5 clean sheets in our last 5 league games now I think.

      Brilliant at both ends.

5 is right. Comms said is the first time we've done that since 2007!

Improved performance from Wolves. Looked a little fresher and it showed with the work rate. The level of control we exhibited for 80-85 minutes of the match, just overwhelming. I gave Hendo MOTM but could have gone for Gini as well. My only disappointment was that Bobby missed that chance from the doorstep of goal.

Of course I tipped 2-1 so maybe I should be disappointed their player missed that chance near the end of the match....nahhhhh - that's OK. Someone else will win the contest anyway. Better to not be sweating out the end of these matches.

      Is right!

But, last season, you had said that we are never going to get 97 pts again. This time next season I hope to look at this statement similar to that statement. :D

And he had all the good things to say about us. Nothing short of first class despite coming away defeated. What a gentleman. All of a sudden, I want him to do well. Hope he gets into Europe. He gets my best wishes.

Really impressed by Sheffield. Played well considering how good we are and their manager is obviously top class too.

Was sat towards the left of the main stand pretty close to their supporters too and it was good to see none of the usual generic "Sign on" sh*te being sung from a set of away fans.

Just got behind the team and had a laugh, the "champions of league one, you'll never sing that" was brilliant too
