We lost control in the second half Klopp won't be happy with that.

But still another huge win and massive 3 points.

      On to the next.

Poor is a word that should never ever be used with this team. Mature, winners, gritty, solid anything but f***in poor

Thing is tho Walt, we can afford to be poor now and again, I don’t want to come across as arrogant, but it’s how I see it, I bet Manc fans felt the same during their dominant era, in a funny way, we need to be out of sorts occasionally because it gives us a boot up the f***in arse,

We do what we have to do to get the job done, tonight will be analysed , spoke about and rectified before our next game, I honestly thought we’d batter them tonight, perhaps more arrogance on my part, in reality we became complacent at times ,on another night we could have been punished, at the same time tho we could have scored 3,

This is a typical performance from a side destined to be Champions, a 0-1 victory away from home at a tough venue, and not firing in all cylinders.

Still unbeaten, breaking records, still miles ahead of anyone, still top of the f***in league, still going to be Champions, and I’m still getting f***in pissed.

Love you all comrades , Marching towards invincibility,

Wijnaldum MOTM for me bossed that midfield again.
2 half could of been better from us but we get the win and the 3 points and move another 3 points clear of Leicester, lets see if Villa get get something tomorrow against City

Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp, speaking to Sky Sports: "First and foremost the result is the most important thing. One team deserved to win and that was us. To win at Tottenham is pretty special. That the game wasn’t decided after 50-60 minutes was our fault.

It was very intense for us. You can expect them to defend deep in this stadium, but it was 4-6-0 in the first half. If it was easy to win here, a lot more teams would do it.

I’m over the moon about the result, but we have to talk about the performance. We should have scored more goals – that’s the truth. We have to be honest with ourselves. We could have scored more and we have to – especially in this stadium against a team like Tottenham.

We were on the ground towards the end and they were coming forward. The spell we’ve had, it costs you rhythm. In the second half a couple of our players were slightly exhausted, but we fought through that.

Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp, speaking to BBC Sport: "It was very hard-fought because we didn't close the game down early. We should have been one or 2-0 up already when we scored. If you have quality opponent like Tottenham and you don't close the game they will come back. Allison makes things look easy. It is not what we would have wanted. It is intense, you lose the ball and you are facing one of the best counter-attacking sides. We had Robbo (Andy Robertson) free two or three times and he didn't find a team-mate, so we didn't help ourselves."

      On his side's defensive record:
"We needed Alisson for that today. We had a few dips defensively. Some games he has not a lot to do with winning the ball high early. It is good but there is no other chance to win games than to defend well."

On their record start to the season:
"It doesn't feel somehow special. We know about it and it is special but I can't feel it. When someone gives you a trophy it is done but until then you need to fight. It is only the start. We need to continue because our contenders are so strong. Pep (Guardiola, man City boss) will not give up. I will do the same. So far, so really good."

Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp, speaking to Sky Sports: "We played super football in their box, but for 90-95 minutes you have to be ready. We were, but we still have to do better."

      On Liverpool's record:
"It’s special. To win the number of games, to always be ready to fight, that’s what the boys to. The only thing is that you don’t get anything for best starts. The only thing we’re interested in is what we can get in the summer. This league is so strong. We have to be ready.

"Our lead is really not interesting. The moment we have so many points that nobody can catch us anymore, that’s when I’ll be interested."

Highlight of the game was that useless pr**k stopping the game for the spurs lad who was seemingly tired?! Absolutely barmy.

      Anyway. What. A.Team....

have accrued 104 points across their last 38 Premier League matches (W33 D5 L0); this is a record total by any team across a 38-match spell in the competition’s history, overtaking 102-point stretches by Man City (ending in 2018) and Chelsea (2005). Juggernaut.
