Not sure about a coach welcome for this. I love them but the more you do it the more it loses it's razzmatazz.

Put things into perspective - it's January, we're currently 14 points clear & we're playing a team who are 27 points behind us

Fine doing it for the title run-in when we're in arms length of clinching it, or the big European games but this seems a bit forced. Just get into the ground early and make as much noise as you can!

      (1) I suppose I should of said WAS! My favourite player but can't help thinking when he plays to his full potential there's no player I'd rather watch.

      (2) Name me better player for the roll he plays?

Ignorant on your team. What's his role? Genuine question. After that I should be able to answer your question.

Would love to give these a beating obviously, but whilst we're objectively far better then them at the moment, a couple of things to consider: -

We've only beaten them in the league once since 2014 (the 3-1 last season, 2 deflected Shaq goals).

Utd have largely been better this season against the "stronger" sides -

Beat City, Leicester, Chelsea twice, Spurs and drawn with us & Arsenal.
Only Arsenal of the "stronger" sides have beaten them this season.

All that said, if we're on it & don't freeze as we've been inclined to do against them on occasions under Klopp's tenure, we should win by 2 clear goals.

My prediction - a scrappy 2-1 and would snap your hand off for that now!!

35 more points to 96. Just pick up a point or three. The war is still more important than the battle, although I'd ideally want us to rip them apart.

We will rip these to shreds, I've never been more sure of anything in my entire life. It's going to be a humiliation

Salah is yet to score against Utd too I think, so expect him to break his duck

UTd still pushing the Rashford injury but we all know he will be starting its 2020 not 1990 . The closer this game gets the more confident I am that we are going to really do them over

Really annoying team to play these days, a bit like stoke used to be. and cheatski under maureen. very boring and defensive.

We need an early goal to open them up a bit.

OK what role does Pogba play, I honestly don't know beyond him being a midfielder, unless its the role of sulking tit with a pr**k of an agent who constantly agitates for a move away, in which case he probably is the best ;-)

He wouldn't be on sky if he's that good. I tell you, the only guys who know how to stop Bobby are our kids and our defenders.

      No, not a chance.

All the words out of castle greyskull are he's 'building a team the united way' and the only people they're rebelling against is the board, time to buy more green and yellow scarves, that'll F***ing fix it.

Apparently, being 27 points behind is acceptable, nice.

I remember people on RAWK getting annoyed about that because it belonged to the good guys rather than the bad guys.

McClaren still banging on as if he is giving a team talk to UTD. He thinks they just have to match us using adjectives and they can win.
He reminds me very much of that character in the film Mike Bassett played by Ricky Tomlinson. TO think this man has made a fortune talking rubbish is a disgrace to football itself.
