One to look out for apparently.

Just signed him and he's already off the mark for the youth team

this is a weird one for me too. He wasn't near the brentford 1st team, but was impressive for their b team. Was he just a replacement for Brewster in the U-23s?

had a lot of goals in the U18 premier league also. You can never tell, some players just get really good later on with experience.

I wonder if his analytics were just off the charts to the point that even though he plays for the reserves, the club decided he was worth a tenner. If he crashes and burns, no harm done, but as you say, maybe he'll just turn out to be a rare late bloomer.

From what i heard he was basically a filler as the U23's needed another striker after we sent Rhian on loan.

I can't believe they don't at least have some hope for him to develop or that they would only sign him for the U23 team's sake.

He scored 2 goals already so thats a good sign, maybe 'filler' with potential??
