It doesn't matter to some that mRNA had two decades of research behind it before the first one was created nigh on four decades ago. 60 years of research and development doesn't count for anything nowadays.

argument by antivaxxer nut jobs is that it's "new" so it must have long term consequences.

      ridiculous really.

You mean scientists and doctors who are telling people to get vaccinated

The only "Doctors" are probably in the 1% and are lunatics ala Robert Melone.

I don't know about the vaccines or the boosters. I don't trust them.

What I do know is I was sick with covid for two weeks. I got pneumonia and covid in my lungs. I ended up in an Egyptian hospital with no medical insurance and paid £6.2k. I nearly died. I got discharged seven days ago. I'm on a sh*t load of meds and I've been laid down at home all week. In total it's been twenty five days. At one point I slept one hour in THREE DAYS.

I have no idea if the vaccines are fake but the Covid is very very real.

I dunno if I believe that bro. I don't think the vaccines stop it BUT I've always said I'll sit back and watch and if it looks like the vaccine works I'll get it.

Bull sh*t? Laughing? There's nothing f**king funny about me nearly dying.

I tell you what, you pr**k, if you're so confident I'm talking sh*t then if I upload my hospital receipts you've got to pay them.

      If I can't then I owe you £6.1k.

Wager right f**king now. Put your money where your shitty mouth is.

Any mod I'll send you the £6.1k if he agrees to this bet and I can't produce receipts.

Well I'm sorry it happened and I'm glad you are better.

Yes covid is a terrible disease and it is nothing like the flu.

the vaccines so far had worked to stop people up to a point to end up in hospitals.

I have family members who caught covid (delta variant) in November, one is in the risk group because of his age but thankfully all vaccinated and all had flu like symptoms with loss of taste and smell but recovered after 10 days without any issues. Vaccines stopped them from being admitted to the hospital.

My best friend who is 32, caught the alfa variant back in March (no vaccines were available at that time) ended up buying an oxygen tank because his oxygen dropped massively and couldn't even find a hospital bed available.

I had to buy an oxygen tank too. I didn't even end up using it. By the time it was time for it my pulse was so high I just went hospital.

I'm really considering the vaccines. I can't ever go through that again, god willing.

Thank you for your good thoughts.

Lol how did you blag that in the middle of a pandemic, I thought you needed health insurance to get in. I remember travelling in South America in 2015 and you couldn't get in some countries without insurance. Makes you appreciate what we have here with the NHS when you go to some of these countries.

Hope your feeling better mate, sounds like you got a nastier version of it than some of us…

I think I had some sort of version back in September, sore throat & high temp my throat was on fire fully recovered & not taken up jab..

If you feel it’s the right thing for your health then take the jab, there are plenty folks triple jabbed & boosted but still went on to catch COVID of some sort.

You'd think all these experts who can't spend a day without a tv/radio/news appearance would take some time to encourage people to eat better and exercise to help their overall health and immune system. But nah.
