I wouldnt get too excited the Conservative Vote stayed at home and Labour lost 9000 votes from 2019 and Libdems gained similar it wont be repeated in a GE.  As for Johnson last night would have been expected given the current circumstances and the goings on of the previous MP he isnt going anywhere soon .

Theyve got full reign now. For the next 5 years they will face no consequences for their actions.

Every cruel policy and f**k up will be ignored or twisted to paint a cosy picture in the papers and now the sh*t scared BBC.

I hope in 5 years time people start to see what they are all about, because they've got away with the previous 10 years of abject failure.

The sh*t they pulled with universal credit, the waspi women, Windrush, NHS worst performance figures (the list goes on) to think they have their biggest majority since 1935... funny country we live in.

A wise wise man. Not getting much better is it?

Quite clear that Boris Johnson was the Tory party and British state's convenient idiot.

Served his purpose. Helped ensure Brexit and was left in post because of the covid pandemic. No new leader wanted that on their plate.

Now the pandemic is approaching an end game its time to release all the evidence of his ineptitude and bring in the chosen one. Personally, I reckon Gove and Sunak are behind all the leaks.

There may be some that are not quite as thick as most that go back to labour or lib dems, but cant see it making much difference.

      Nail.Head.Hammer.

It’s a shame the country fell for the character assassination of Jeremy Corbyn.

Rumour is that he could set up a new party which would break the Red/Blue hold on British politics.

       :lmao: :lmao:

Corbyn is one of the main reasons why people voted for Johnson - shows how bad Corbyn is when people still voted for Boris the Clown.

And he could set up and a new party and it would be able a wet paper bag.

Corbyn set the Labour Party back decades

I wouldn't vote Tory because I didn't like a Labour leader.  If I felt that strongly I'd vote for a party a bit closer to my way of thinking.

Johnson got elected because a large collection of panheads had been herded into believing that Brexit was the be all, end all, only thing of importance in this country.  Some ex-Labour voters might try and excuse their vote by blaming Corbyn but they had been brainwashed into the Brexit cult.

Amazingly Brexit hasn't led to the streets paved with gold and it won't be too long before these dipshits are all going to enjoy paying more tax and then getting their inflated energy bills in and from a personal point of view I'm looking forward to watching them moaning on the news about it later this year.

Sweet music to the conservatives (42.4%) ears.  Because lets face it - splitting the opposition vote between the Lib Dems/Labour/Greens/SNP (53%) for the past decade has worked incredibly well for them hasn't it.  Another left of centre party will definitely help.

You wouldn’t and many wouldn’t but there are many that would - the Tories will be in power for years to come unfortunately

I think this has Cummings handprints all over it.

Gove or Sunak will emerge as the winner, although they could go with Truss until the end of the season

I’m surprised the anti Israel, anti Semitic lobby aren’t out fir his blood..

      Makes a very valid point..

The Israeli lobby has far greater leverage & influence of British politics..

Just look at Kier Starmers Labour & his advisors.. ex Mossad agent..

Regardless of Starmer, would you still vote for Labour or have you moved away from them? Talk of Corbyn launching his own party to the left? Would you back it?

Would never vote Labour now that the Blairites are back in…

I’d Vote & campaign for Corbyn’s new party yes.

If my local MP is a Tory and his values match mine he gets my vote.
