Milner a warrior as usual but when will TAA put his foot in where it hurts? Noticed this about him lately

Got the win. What is clear IMO is that the midfield looks more fluid, sharper with Lallana in there. The Ox seems to be fairly anonymous for long periods.

      So Lallana in V Atletico.

      I’ll go Keita against Atleti

Very timid in the tackle or with 50/50 balls are there for the taking

I thought we started well! Maybe got thrown off somewhat by their goal. I don't get the point of some commentators that VAR decided correctly because no obvious error etc.. It was a clear foul with the arm moving forward! Anyways, even with a couple shaky moments and things not clicking 100% over long stretches, it was still a deserved win! Another 3 points, get in!!!

Jürgen Klopp talking with BBC Match of the Day: "I know what the boys are able to do, but I am not the one that is playing, they are. We have said before, confidence is not something that you get, put in your pocket and keep for the rest of your life. It comes and goes.

"You need that feeling where things work out.

"You have to fight hard, that's always the main thing to do, but we have 82 points now, which is really nice. We have to carry on fighting. Give everyone a proper fight and that's what we did today."

When you are off form you have to roll your sleeves and fookin fight and that's what the lads did. It's not a tap that you can turn on and off, the mood hoovers in the thread should realise that. You have to play your way back into form. Love the fact our lads can defend. As physical and hard-working as any side in the lead when they need to be. 1-0 down and rocking after 10 minutes, that was a gutsy win. 3 to go.

Would be great to win it before then and then city can roll out the guard of honour! That would piss their fans off something chronic!!!!!

TAA doesn't dive in and doesn't seem to go in full bloodedly on 50-50 balls. Nearly always stands off, we can all see that. Don't think it's a lack of courage or anything like that. More of a cultured defender type.

But VAR is so inconsistent. Clearly a push in the back on Joe for their goal..one week it gets it right..the next a complete howler. The inconsistency is ruining what could be a good system.

9 points to go,  as it stands.

And if we took every 3 points easily, we wouldn't be Liverpool.

Going to give MOTD a miss tonight though, can already anticipate it's going to be a 'What if Bournemouth' wankfest.

Yea, too right. I can anticipate “So you are happy with misplaced passes, losing second balls, lack of creativity, chances, sloppy play etc.” coming up. Fasten your seatbelts.

      Three points get in.

The Mancheaters go head to head tomorrow so could be a genuine 25 pts clear..28 if they lose their GIH..

Prep for Atletico now. Midfield is the issue for me...to be continued..

Henderson will be back in full training tomorrow so he is likely going to be available for Wednesday.

I gave it to the keeper for the point blank free header he shoved over the bar, 2-0 would have been a tough come back IMO
