Keita has shown a few glimpses of what he can give but Chamberlain, and not for the first time, has been invisible.

Sometimes if Chamberlain doesn't score you struggle to see what he adds to the midfield.

Zero effort, zero skill, zero shots on the Villa goal, F***ing embarrassing.

I am sorry but what has happened to Robbo since we became champions? His first touch and all-around play has been woeful.

The team look so lethargic and slow, hope Klopp gives them a bollocking, although this season is done and dusted playing like this for the rest of the season will do us no good going into the new season.

Come on reds, pick up the pace!

F***ing terrible...all we do is get the ball to Trent who cross field passes it to Robbo. Rinse and repeat!

Credit where it’s due. The lads worked hard to put us so many points ahead of City. It may have taken a toll on some of them. And the way we played was full throttle since the season started.

I shall therefore be nice today. Great to see Pepe back.

If we were going to have a reaction to Thursday we would have seen it by now. This is just the way the rest of the season will play out - now the title's done and dusted there's just no motivation for this lot. Frustrating yes but that's the way it is.

In that case play the kids, at least they'd have a go and put some effort in.

      Ugh. Watchin paint dry.
Almost nothing happened, struggle to think of any highlights.
Not much happening for us in the middle. Ox is anonymous.
Salah bit sloppy, Origi barely touched the ball.
We need to be careful not to loose this to a set piece or a breakaway.
If we get one, think we'll push on, but until we do, don't see Villa changing their gameplan.

Which is exactly why I’d play one of Jones/Elliot/Williams in all remaining games...

All a little bit staid, bit to safety first. Instead of checking back, get it on to the front foot, go for it..I mean we've won the league, surely we can be a bit more expressive. I think we miss the crowd more than others. Looking for a better second half.

Come on guys, we played like this at the Etihad and that was considered perfectly acceptable on this forum. Now you are upset?  :lmao:

I had hoped we would continue to set new records (e.g. winning all home games). We will have to start playing though to achieve that. Not much hope of that?

We need to cash in on players like Origi now, get him sold while his past goals are still fresh in the mind and he's got a funky haircut, and then we need to try and find a gritty forward, Suarezesqe, who can play anywhere across the front, who treats any game like a CL final... who's that player? I have no idea, but I'm sure our scouts know better.
