Well as he plays just down the road from me, I asked a few of my mates who all support the "Budgies" and asked them.
General opinion is he is good but needs fine tuning which I am sure Jürgen can do.

I can remember when Robertson first came to us and thought who is he and if I remember correctly took some time to get a regular place in the first team, so perhaps Lewis is one for the future ?

If he is willing to fight, I would welcome him but do not want any money-suckers.

It think we need a back-up for Robertson so if Lewis wants to improve, I'm ok with it.

He will be more money then Robbo :D

Good move and a player Jürgen and the coaches can improve. What’s not to like?

Exciting deal if it happens. Lots of potential and finally some proper cover for Robbo. This and another CB would probably be the only two deals we can be sure will happen.

For me a LB cover and competition is one of the key areas where we can strengthen so this seems like a good move for me.

As for the player I like what I've seen of him but it's not a huge amount to be honest.

At least we all on the same wavelength as the Gaffer. We have been saying for months that we need good cover for Andy. First thing the Boss does is look for Andy cover!

The fact that this has been discussed publicly but hasn't happened within 24-48 hours later makes me think it won't.

The club usually only lets the info out when it is practically a done deal.

Can 100% see this happening - it’s the perfect signing if you ask me.

Klopp and the team know exactly what they’re doing

Think the sell on clause will make Norwich accept the bid even tho their valuation is 20 million  they must recognise the potential gain from the sell on clause for example us being able to sell on Solanke for 20 million and Ibe for 15 million with both doing nothing in their LFC careers

Agreed, and given the value Jürgen adds to players they'd be stupid not to.

£10m is a bit cheeky if you ask me

£15 or even £20 million I reckon will do it and that will still prove to be a bargain When Jürgen works his magic

Don’t really care either way if it’s who Jürgen wants that’s fine by me and it’s not my money but 20m for a relegated LB that’s going to see mostly seat time behind Robbo? That sure doesn’t seem like a Pandemic adjusted price.

Yeah I can see it being between 15 and 20 which for a young player with significant prem experience is pretty bloody good!

Hes got a good engine bombing up and down which is good for a team like us. His crossing and decision making not up to the level of Robbo though. Not yet anyway but he has potential no doubt.

Up the bid to £15m but no sell on clause, still a good deal

More publicity than Jürgen and Co. typically like to see. The articles keep mentioning Lewis has the same agency as Trent and Robbo. No doubt in my mind where the  publicity is coming from.....

No problem with him coming in if it is who the manager wants of course. But I do not like how much influence agents have in transfers. Far too many clubs have their personnel policy driven by agents rather than their own management. Jürgen would never allow this at Liverpool and I wonder his reaction to this back and forth being publicized now.

I agree, fir a premier league starting player with potential to improve its preeety miserly. Be surprised if the deal gets done for less than 15 mill

It’s no more publicised than any other transfer. The only signing that went completely under the radar was Fabinho.
