How the hell can City look this good first game back, zero rust, its weird and scary.

It's not, they weren't on top form anyway, Wolves were just sh*te.

nah the first 30 minutes City were very very good, it was if they had not been away, reminded me of the resumption of the league where they just found their rhythm immediately, its genuinely weird how they can do that, but one thing I envy so much with City is that cut back pass from the byline, like the one form Raheem to Foden, that is a thing of beauty, I wish we could start doing that a bit more, its so damned effective.

Yes City looked good in the first half but the game could have easily swung Wolves way in the second only for poor finishing. City's  defending especially at set pieces is still suspect even with Ake in there. Stones and Otamendi are rubbish defenders so any injuries to Laporte or Ake they are in trouble. Mendy is also a weak link in defence.

With our quality new signings our squad is stronger than their's now.

Wolves gave city far too much room and respect first half last night and paid for it. Second half had more of a go and could have had 3 or 4 goals.

When will teams rralise that not allowing city all the time in the world and attacking their bang average back 4 can get results?

Don't fear them in the slightest any more. Our additions last week and the performance at the weekend made me feel a lot more confident, then seeing their lineup + bench last night really brought it home. They're a long way off us

Good signing for Wolves. Semedo 29 million.

Have we a transfer topic for clubs apart from ourselves?

Wait? Can they go back to VAR after blowing the final whistle?

Edit:Utd had no right to win that game... and they call us lucky!? No way that get top 4 this year, if they don’t get a pen, they don’t win a game.

Brighton literally threw away a point. They conceded straight after their penalty and did the same thing after their equaliser. Leading with your arm when jumping for a header in that situation was always going to be risky.

Even Rio admitting Brighton should have had the penalty the ref overturned... feel like I’ve just seen a robbery.

I get that but their equaliser was scored in the 95th minute, the handball was in the 97th minute, where was that 90 seconds found from?

James for Everton is just too good for them. Crazy no other club came in for him - still got some quality.

I reckon they get an improvement on Pickford and Ancelotti could get them into Europa quality, I mean they are already miles ahead of United in at least having a style to their game.

VAR has ruined defending. You simply can’t defend in the game now, no child is going to want to grow up to be a defender with these horrendous rules in place, unless you’re born with no arms.

Didn't watch the United game but read Fernandes scored a penalty ten minutes into injury time after the ref had blown for full time.

So, all seems fairly standard! ;)
