Well placed goong into the  break considering the injuries and add in most of the teams around us have had a decent run of games.

Would you consider Arsenal a ‘big’ team anymore? Even taking away fan indifference, I just don’t see them as a big team now... when I go to check results, they don’t even come to mind, didn’t even realise they were playing today.

Apparently not scored an open play goal in a month... shocking that.

Nah they are a lesser club than United now. I would categorise them as a 10 to 6 place club with the likes of Wolves and the Bitters.

Yeah that’s how I see them now to be fair, they are the Everton of the South.

Everton could only wish they had Arsenal trophy haul if 4 FA Cups in last 7 years and Europa League final mixed in there. Not what they once were but I still consider then big club.

Watching Chelsea v Toon which is one big Chelsea jerk off fest though Werner play on the second goal was very nice turn of pace.

This Villa-Brighton game is unxpectedly good. Our boy Lallana could have had one but pushed it wide.

Though Brighton don't win a whole lot under Potter they play a good style of football. I agree it's been great game

      Nothing between those massive ears.

Clearly March touched the ball before contact.

The Villa player should have seen red for the dive, he then clutched his ankle, when the tiny contact was on his foot!
I wasn’t impressed with Grealish today, good footballer, but he got the Brighton player sent off. Glad for Lallana and Potter, Brighton try to play the right way! Agree though, that no Lamptey against us is a plus!

Yeah bit of a harsh red for Lamptey but not complaining he'll miss next weekend, that kid is going to be some player.

Yeah he can only improve in a better side.

He faded badly in the second half clearly knackered after the international games but he'll surely be at a top 6 club next season.

Grealish was brilliant in the first half and only for rubbish finishing by Villa would have had a couple of assists. He looked knackered for most of the second half though. He's a fantastic player has probably the best close control of any footballer in the PL.

Lamptey another superb young player we're lucky he's out next week he's such an attacking threat even Robbo might struggle.

      Well maybe not Robbo.

Your like me ( dinosaur  ;D ) as I totally agree but these days it's standard to go down as if you've been hit by Mike Tyson. It's very much wrong but come to expect it now.  >:(

Trezeguet went down like he had been shot. The babbling from Keown and Peter Walton was unbelievable.

Expected these days the amount of playing time players get. Top 6 side you say? Well that rules us out then.  :lmao:
