How have they given that City goal? Farcical.

Maddest offside I've seen.  I can understand if Mings took the ball down - wandered about with it and was then tackled.  But he literally ran from 20 yards offside and didn't give Mings a chance to control it.

      Citeh win again.

      Scum win.

Anything less than a win tomorrow it's curtains for retaining our title and we're in a top 4 battle until May.

What is the difference between top 4  and champions.  It is very tight at the moment.   City are on a good run but until their is clear daylight we are in the scrap.

Its not, like. Nothing is lost at this point in a season. Just like nothing is won now or before Christmas.

They still beat Villa fairly comfortably after he left the pitch.

Hmm dodgy var call and very lucky penalty, City look good though.

You look at the remaining fixtures and think, yep we could struggle in that game, in that game and maybe that game and you look at United's and more importantly City's and you just see them breezing through it! Gutted.

Still a long way to go. We've just got to string some wins together there's still a hell of a battle for the Champions League places yet. We can't control what City and Utd do, we were in front and lost the lead but it's gone now in the past just have to look forward. Don't forget there's still number seven to go for..

Oh come on now, both teams are winning but only just, it's very fine margins, there will be more twists this season.

It's the depth of their squads that worries me most. We're playing one of our best midfielder at CB for almost an entire season while the Manc clubs are stacked with options.

We drew the short straw with key player injuries this season and it will cost us retaining our title that's just the harsh reality.

The thing that's hard to take though is basically foul play in that Everton game on VVD and Thiago have made retaining the title a completely different proposition...gives a point to their existence I suppose stopping us, let's face it they'll never do anything themelves.

I'd like to see how well City and Utd would cope with 2 of there main CB's out and the 3rd one constantly picking up niggling injuries. Oh and on top of that all their forwards out of form at the same time!!

We'll get out of our slump, still in touch, then lets see if they can maintain their current form, we are still only half way through the season and we have players to come back in, they don't, they are playing at their maximum right now and scraping wins.

City have got stones, garcia and ake to back up laporte and dias.

They have torres,  Jesus,  Mahrez, Foden and Bernardo to back up for aguero sterling and Kdb.

We only have 2 players capable of scoring a goal it seems plus 1 on the injured list. And we have 2 cb's on the bench who we won't play. Origi is a complete passenger last season and this season. Minamino doesn't get a look in.

So, city could lose 2 or 3 cbs and a whole front 3 really (aguero out most of the season anyway) and they would be fine. 4 or 5 out of form? One of the others will produce.

Now, we can question just how they have accumulated all that talent, not within the rules in my view. But thats the depth. Jürgen has his core 14 or 15 and we need them on it all season ... like they were last season to compete. A couple drop off and bam.

Luckily titles aren't handed out in January. We can turn this around.
But could really be doing with 3 points tonight against a team down the bottom.
Surely will be back among the goals, even just by the law of averages...

I wouldn't call 4 nil and 2 nil results scraping wins.

I think City will win the league comfortably unless they lose De Bruyne and Dias through injury for a couple of months.
