You remember it that well that you don't name the manager or the game?

Game was Fulham. Manager not sure because I couldn’t care less. Our manager picked a team that he saw fit. That was enough for me.

Man City win the Asterix Premier League.. :f_whistle:

They wanted to downplay our success and said it would be an asterix title last year if they couldn't resume the league despite us being so far ahead. So this season has to be downplayed as there were no fans, and the matches had no more life than training games.

Hoping for an arsenal win or draw against Chelsea later.
Bizarrely that would still mean top 4 is in our hands...

I mean, arsenal are due a good game, right?

So frustrating all those stupid last minute points we dropped this season.

We should be comfortably in the top 4 now, not in such a state of desperation with 4 games left to play.

Anyway win all 4 and I think we'll sneak it.

Very unlikely the way our season has panned out but anything is possible with this club.

Off the top of my head, dropped 3 against Burnley, 2 to Newcastle, 2 to Fullham, 3 to Brighton and 2 to W Brom.

That’s 12 points dropped against the 5 of the 6 worst teams in the league.......AT HOME.

We don’t even DESERVE to make top 4.

Fulham joined the 3 point club above. I notice that most teams that won at our place, downed tools after that and went on the beach. West Brom lost their next game 5-0 at home, Chelsea lost 5 at home to West Brom, Everton went on holiday, and Fulham got relegated.

Our record at the mancs is one of the worst there is. So having to go there at this time of year is not what you want when you need a result. But the last time we went there at this time of the season was 2004 and we won 1-0, our third win there in 4 visits. We've won twice there since.

If we can't do it this time, against a side with nothing to play for and no crowd to sing about Hillsborough for 90 minutes, when are we ever going to win there?

Knew this rearranged fixture would screw us, and no wonder why Klopp is so vocal about the fixture build up.

Look at today's fixtures!!! We're listed to play West Brom at 8:00pm, and then Man Utd at 8:15pm. Going to be a tough call to get those lineups right, but in Klopp we trust.

Win all four games and qualify.
      Nothing else will do it.
Starting with the big hurdle, a mainly rested United.
It gets used a lot, but four must win games.
