What if he was facing front ways where it couldn’t be seen? If someone said to me “that white guy” I would have zero problem with it. I haven’t seen the footage so I’m speculating a little here.

That's not the point. He referred to him as "that black guy" repeatedly. It doesn't matter what language he said it in he had no right to repeatedly refer to him that way and it smacks of racist undertones.
