I couldn’t find a thread for a new a new fantasy football league and the old thread had no new comments about it. So what do you guys think, anyone interested in playing? I created a new league for anyone to join, if the old league should be renewed I’m also fine with this:

Yeah it’s based on each game, so if for example Alisson was to make 6 saves vs Chelsea then that would be 2 additional points for him.

That’s why I always try and get a keeper like Pope or Patricio, they will concede a good 40+ goals throughout the season but they will make well over 100 saves, get a decent number of clean sheets and chances are when they keep a clean sheet they will make an extra couple of points from saves and result in bonus points too. Throughout the season I tend to swap between Pope, Patricio, Ryan, Fabianksi and Guaita depending on their fixtures.

Cheaper keepers that free up more money elsewhere and can quite easily get you 8-10+ points in a game. Unless you want to set and forget for a season with Alisson or Ederson who usually only get about 6 points.

Luckily I did, also had Aubamayang, Wilson and Mitchell so it wasn’t a bad start.

There is usually 3 players I always have in my team from either start to finish or have for virtually the whole season; Salah, Trent and Jimenez. I have Salah and Trent and thought something wasn't right with my team looking at an attack of Werner, Kane and Wilson, wasn't comfortable having Kane in the team but couldn't think who I would have instead so I just went for it.

Anyway, look at the Wolves line up tonight and then the penny dropped...Jimenez. So annoying, when I realised I was hoping he would do nothing in this match, but then he goes and scores after 3 minutes. Oh well, at least I know what my first transfer is going to be I guess.

Doubt he’ll start against Chelsea but maybe from next week onwards, Thiago could be a steal on FPL for £6 million!

Just warning you all, I've got off to a blistering start.

4th in England and 27th in the world.

A triple captain on Salah first week did me wonders and Son and Kane this week smashed it.

Good start. Top of most of leagues Im in, tried to warn one of mates about certain teams not playing 1st week, said he was not bothered. Oh well rooted to the bottom of our league now he is.

Good start to the weekend so far, 4 players playing/played so far and 19 points.

Goal for Rashford and one for Calvert-Lewin now, who I put at captain.
Three United goals meant Ryan in goal only got 1 point which is a shame.
Rodriguez on one but hopefully he can set a couple more up for Calvert-Lewin... as much as that makes me gag saying it.

Ffs swapped out Rashford for Son this week and now he’s injured.

I'm having a good run.
Injuries and COVID making it tough though as I've used a lot of transfers to stay on top of the loss of players,
and then the Newcastle shenanigans hit.

I lost points cos of the newcastle covid senario, I have villa's goalie, my sub goalie never plays.

But it maybe means more points later when villa play twice in a gameweek. :-)

Not happy for the 1st half of our game yesterday, I sold mane, typical he scores and gets an assist, Salah my captain, luckily he came on to cheer me up. I got 40 points just from robbo and salah.
