      Sounds about right doesn't it?

And when he's not get-ting injured.
He'll cut inside and score for LFC.

Yes he is clinical but he still missed his fair amount of chances as well

Let’s not paint false perceptions that he is a “one chance one goal” player when he has missed chances as well

Don't need to change perceptions. No player is a 1 chance 1 goal player but the stats tell you he converts the highest % of big chances into goals and they also tell us Darwin has the worst conversion.

Mind you, you don't need to dig too deep into the stats to know that his injury record is pretty grim and on that front he is somewhat of a liability.

Whack on the hip. When Klopp talked about it in detail, it hardly sounds like anything. Just annoying.

I wonder if a change of manager and therefore in style of play and training, couple with a change in some of the medical personnel (if I understand correctly) could benefit some of those players of ours that are often injured.

Diogo is superb, but it is getting to that point where having him in the team doesn't happen often enough for us to say that we're getting our fair share of that "superbness" (if that is even a word).

It’s like that for more players than we care for, the has to be something wrong with our training

Don’t see it that way , two of his injuries have been pure flukes , take that last injury , don’t know the odds but they would have been long that that player goes up in the air and lands on Jota the way he does , that’s got nothing to do with injury prone just pure and simple bad luck , no different warm ups or different training could have prevented that happening.

The physicality we play with ( high press etc.) may have a slight influence on injuries, as the more you compete for the ball, the more likely it is you'll get a knock...It's one of the main reasons Salah, or Ronaldo don't get injured often...they don't often tackle for the ball. As for training, Our training will be much of a muchness with any other elite football Club.
Do we actually get more injuries than other sides? You would need to look at stats over at least 6/7 years to get a true answer.

Maybe its my memory but 3 4 5 years ago I thought we were machines, injuries we got were usually bad, not niggles and not back for a game gone for 5.

Seems the last 2 or 3 seasons has been the opposite

I love this guy but F**k me he is starting to look like he's made of glass.

Our whole season went out the door, the minute he got injured.

A fit Diogo and we would have run away with this Title.

      Convinced we are cursed!!

Our season is over. Diogo will be going to the Euros.

I dont think we need to see him again this campaign.

He picked the best 11 he's ever played with. Dudes  cracked if he thinks Cancelo is better than Robbo. Neves ain't better than Fabinho either.
