Robertson does his job very well, he defends properly and can assist. But Cancelo is technically much more gifted. Would I swap them? I don't think so, Cancelo has had issues with his managers. But I have to admit Cancelo is a better footballer and is more capable of winning a game than Robertson.

Portugal was missing some good finishers. As good as Leao is technically, his crossing and finishing are average. Or raw if you prefer. Jota should have contributed somehow. But good for us, he'll be hungry for more hopefully and will be rested.

Honestly he’s one of the players I worry about most when it comes to going away on international duty… in a selfish way I’m glad he didn’t play, go grab a quick holiday then get back to us fit and ready to go.

Portugal got exactly what they deserved. R7 was sh*t all tournament but they refused to drop or even sub him. He was so bad and basically non existent. Glad they got bounced.
