How many times have we been here before another 6 week out will.need forward in the summer can't go in with Jota and Darwin

Yep getting ridiculous with Jota now.

Got to be moving one of those two on and bringing a new striker in within the next couple of windows.

      The older, injury prone one.

There's nothing to dislike about Jota but purely coming from a footballing's viewpoint, he can't be relied upon.

Reports Lille are making Jonathan David available in Jan for 20-25m to avoid losing him for nothing, that's surely a no brainer.

Jota is a world class footballer who was injured by no fault of his own. He has more than proven himself here and in the Premier league, unlike nunez who has no football intelligence, game awareness, cant finish, doesnt understand offside and in all honesty has not improved since he joined and is into his 3rd season. Take his pace away and what is left ?? Not good enough for this club and everybody knows it.

I'd love us to get a Gyokeres or a player like Robbie Fowler or Ian Rush or Fernando Torres ... who could bang 30 goals in but it should not be at the expense of Jota. Miles better player than Nunez.

This bit is correct, everything else in your post is bollocks.

I think you should support the team with less negativity towards the players and club.

Speaking from experience ribs can take a while and be very painful. Also depends if anything else apart from the ribs was damaged. But its not just as simple as they heal nicely and straight back out there.

As for a decision? No decision ... Jota's ribs and maybe more were damaged when he was dragged down and a big centre half crashed on top of him. Much like his knee injury through no fault of his own which was very similar.

Not like we are throwing money away like we did over 100m in wages for 4 years on sicknotes like thiago chambo and keita who should have been shipped out long before they were allowed to walk for free. Jota is class and can contribute and help the team ... unlike the 3 above who were a waste of time.

If someone isn't available it doesn't really matter why. If Jota continually gets hurt not by his own fault (which when is it ever someone's own fault??) and isn't available, it's not better than someone like Thiago that's constantly injured from non-contact injuries. Both are being paid a lot of money to not be available.

Jota is a class player but if he can't keep from missing large numbers of games he'll just be a luxury player and not one we can count on.

Jota has had a total of 9 seperate injuries at the club helping him miss just under 100 games for the club

Thiago had 8 seperate injuries missing just over 100 games

Ox had 6 seperate injuries missing just under 100

Keita had 13 seperate injuries missing just under 100 games

Why do you treat Jota differently when the games missed and level of injuries is no better
