Maybe I'm crazy. He reminds me of Jean Pierre Papin a lil bit. Minus the volleys

The lad might have some long quiet periods during the game but you can never count him out.

He pops up with crucial goals all the time.

What surprises me though, is why we don't look from him more at set pieces. He's our best header of the Ball and we all know the oppo likes to try to block and concentrate mainly on our CB's, most of the time leaving Diogo in free space.

Hit him up and I bet he buries it. 19 goals this season is it? That's fanfuckingtastic!!!

Yes, not great. I think it was because his duo in front, with Firmino, does not work. In fact, Firmino was doing good things but was very wasteful.

I'd rather have Jota in front rather than Firmino: the latter is very often below par since a season or two but Jota, eventually scores. Firmino does not. His goals have become very rare. Against Arsenal, Jota was poor too but he scored just before being subbed off.

A goalscorer pure and simple. Might be having a sh*t game but he'll still bag a couple of goals.

Yep he just pops up from nowhere, when you are least expecting him too and he just sticks it in the back of the net.

A wonderful acquisition to our Team, since the minute he got here.

I disagree with this, Firmino has been excellent since coming back from injury - really helped us get some good results.

It’s very much a selection headache for Klopp but so good to have so many options - it’s clear that all 5 forwards will get significant game time from now until the end of the season.

Yeah I agree to an extent. All will get plenty of action and maybe horses for courses for certain games.

However .... when the big games come around Bobby doesn't get in my team. Jota has for 2 seasons now done the business in big games and the others and he has earned his starting place alongside Mo and Sadio in the big ones.

A good end to the season and Diogo could be beyond 25 goals and pushing toward 30 for the season and with Sadio bring less prolific in recent times those goals have played a big part in us reeling in City and maintaining a push on 4 fronts.

Proved to be a bargain signing for Diogo's goals alone, certainly a great addition, making a strong line up of strikers !

Think he's only 2 goals behind Salah in scoring from open play, despite not starting every game or being the focal point of the attack. What a signing and this type of production was obviously unexpected. Shows the quality of our recruitment team and obviously that of Jürgen to get players to realize their potential.

Jota is a great player. Here lately I'm cussing his play and then he scores and makes me feel like an asshole. He's an out and out goal scorer. Dude bags goals in his 5 and 6 out of 10 performances. What a player!!!!

Absolute joke - that man is an embarrassment, wants the goal chalked off. Never seen anything like it.

Jota is not liked much by the fans back home because of all open chances he has fvked up for Portugal and they kind of blame him for Portugal exit at euros v Belgium.
