Come on don't be daft, the risk of injury in training is considerably less than a match, plus those players needed a rest, I will maintain it was stupid to start any regular players in that match, especially playing them a full match, playing a half each would have made a bit more sense although if it was me I would have grabbed the opportunity to rest the entire team.

If it was you he wouldn't have gotten injured Wednesday, because we wouldn't be qualified for the Champions League.

A player can be hurt in any match, in any training session. We have so many injured he really couldn't have sat anybody else. As it is he made 8 changes

I haven't seen a more stupid manager than Jürgen Klopp. Out of his mind, and living in his own world. Even my nan could do better than him. Utterly stupid manager. Pep is different class. He's always smart and never wrong. City is just world class. Woe to us. Stupid manager who's worse than an owl.

Any player can pick up an injury at any time, including meaningless games, so why not minimise the number of chances to get injured, make sense?

In normal circumstances yes that would be the sensible option but Jürgen did not have the luxury of playing someone in the position he wanted and do the job required adequately enough,
We are down to the absolute bare bones, it was just pure bad luck Jota picked up that knock, like we said it could have happened regardless.

It isn't actually,  we train how we play, the same intensity, it's why we're head & shoulders above everyone else and one of if not the fittest side in the league,  another reason why most can't cope with us.

Where do you think Alisson picked up the 2 injuries he’s had this season?

Since Jürgen's stupid, the smart fan could tell you where and when Ali will pick up his next injury.

So our players suffer as many injuries in training as in games, I find that a bit hard to believe, But I assume you have stats to back it up 🤔😉

Bit different with GK's because a big part of their training is flinging themselves from side to side so if you have a susceptibility to muscle injuries, as Allison seems to have, then yes you are as likely toget injured in training. For outfield players it's mostly through bad challenges that you get injured or pushing yourself beyond your limit which are both more likely in a game.

Can't come back soon enough. Any time frame on his injury? Haven't heard anything in a while about him.

Badly need him back, to add a bit more variety into the attack, that is for certain.
