Midfield gotta get closer.
Passing on the break is pretty poor as well, Gini being dispossessed by turning into a player he was stood with for 5-6 secs before the ball came to him.
Overall sloppy. Gotta get better all round.

If Fabinho could be playing midfield this game, it would be a different game, you won’t convince me otherwise.

Would prefer to see us back in a midfield three and control the game. We broke the premier league record for completed passes in a match last time this lit cane to Anfield. Need to get back to that

1-1 is a fair result so far. We were the better team until the bs penalty call and Sheffield was the better team til we scored at which point we woke up again.

How was that a pen? Can someone help explain and justify it? Because Dyson was on the line?

Wasn't brilliant was it.They're given far to much room going forward. Robbo under pressure down his side. Bobby scored but looked lost in the middle. Jota looks better down the left. All a bit disjointed.

Defence is sitting a bit deeper but they are moving it about at will. Big improvement needed.

Could’ve gotten three pens. I’d stop watching the entire league if the ref had given them all three pens.

Far too easy got them to cut off our passing lines to the forwards.

Need another midfielder on.

Halftime comms all agree not a penalty - not a foul.

The bigger issue for me is how they were winning every 50/50 ball in the first 30-35 minutes. But this seemed less the case as the half went on and I expect us to assert our superiority in the 2nd half.

Id switch back to 433 but Id take Salah off, hes been very poor. whole team look sluggish though

That's the issue..Dean didn't give it and it wasn't a clear & obvious error..so to give it goes against their own rules..and if anything it was a fraction outside the line.

they had a replay from a camera above and the challenge was not even on the pen line
