The reason why Shaq doesn't get more minutes is that he's one of the slower players. That's a killer for a Klopp midfield/attack.

F***ing hell can Origi please just F**k off now, utterly useless player, no technique, no urgency, no vision, no use.

Other than that a sh*t performance all round, Rhys Williams did OK I guess.

      Slower than Origi, impossible!

OK, on the plus side, 2-0, clean sheet, another win. 6 points from two games, great to have them in the bag.

But they were sh*t. If they were half decent, they'd had taken a chance, or at least created a chance from some of our poor play.
Could see from Minaminos face when he came off that he knew he'd been crap. Origi too.
Shaq and Jota better, but they weren't great either.

Without TAA, would we have scored at all - my MOTM by a long way.
Midfield thought we did OK considering. Don't like the 4-2-3-1, makes it hard to win the midfield.

And when Mo/Mane/Salah came on, we were barely any better.
Another woeful miss from closer than the peno spot from Firmino.
      Mane hardly had a touch.
One good run from Salah and we'd a goal, but he's wasted possession few times before that.

West Ham will be a much tougher game than that, so need to improve before the weekend.
We don't have any consistency in our games, sometimes we decent, sometimes poor.

      But still getting wins so...

Joint top of the Premier League and top of our Champions League group.

As somebody who has been alive for more than two years I don't suppose I can grumble too much.

Trent was great tonight.  Shaqiri did well and fair play Rhys Williams.  Must have been shitting bricks coming on there.  Help yourself to the clean sheet!

What a horrible horrible game of footy.
As individuals, did we really take these serious ?
Think Origi and Shaqiri put themselves on the transfer list for Jan.
Minamino needs 6 months in the gym on steroids.
Kota really should have more time playing the Liverpool way before being shoehorned in.
Gotta hope Rhys Williams can make the step up pretty quick as he’s our new CB for now.
Trent, Ali Robbo & Joe ok, the rest pretty dour.
That was a pretty even game ref chances, against a 1st dub standard side.
No good being quality for15 mins in a game, gotta do it 90 mins every game if you names on the sheet.
One of the poorest games I’ve seen us play for long time.
      Trent motm for me.

We got our 3 points dull performance but the bad news is Fabinho.  Hopefully he will be quick.  This season is become a massive challenge.  The way things are we will have to sign some defender in January whether it is a stop gap or long term.  We just have been unlucky.

      We won.

Maybe we need some perspective. It isn't always a blow out. Especially with as many games and as many injuries as we have. Whatever we win this year, we'll have earned.

Enjoy the ride, manage your expectations. Have some faith.

Is Minamino going to be the new Lallana, on paper looks good but can’t deliver

Cult hero or not Origi is not good enough.

Milner should only come on to to protect a lead late on.

      Bobby’s form is now concerning.

      Did nothing wrong.
With Fab probably out, and Matip injured, could be starting against West Ham - which will be a different kettle of fish

Origi made Pickford looking dumb, did the 4th against Barca and sealed our CL triumph. He's our mascot!

Where I’m at, I know a Klopp called Minamino a machine but he looks lost in the team, maybe too much spotlight & pressure, Origi looks spent.

Still early. Remember how long Fab and Keita needed...and they got plenty more game time. Mina is a diligent worker with good skills, but Mané, Bobby and Salah are way ahead. Then comes Mina and then comes Shaq - because Mina works harder on the pitch and is faster, so he can pressure more - and then comes our mascot. If Shaq was faster he'd be right behind Mané and Salah. Well, if ....

The reds were terrible but the opposition were even worse. They really had no quality at all. If we played to even 25% of our ability that’s a cricket score.

Pray Joel Matip is ready to go for the weekend!

Think we will get games like that when there's no crowd, no atmosphere. On top of that throw a front 6 together and hope it works. The intensity just wasn't there.I'm not going to knock the front 3 who started as the supply was slow and very predictable.

Trent and Shaqiri did well but it was a slow, clumsy performance.Got the win. Fab was a casualty and I think Hendo will be drafted in.

The curve on that ball makes no sense. How did he make the ball "curve in" with outside of his foot?  :f_doh:
