Talking of fans back at Anfield, oh to have these sights and sounds again.

In many ways I think this was the defining match of our year given how much it spurred us and Origi on not just in the league but in Europe. And yes, when all is said and done, Pickford will only ever be remembered for that moment. No wonder he lashed out at Virgil the way he did when these images constantly plays on his mind. In front of a raucous Kop as well...oh dear Jordan.

      Quote from CT_LFC
"To go to the game you must not cheer or shout" nah

Or stand. Or sing. Or leave your seat. But you are expected to lock yourself up in a mini balaclava for 3-4 hours. In an outdoor environment, in the freezing cold. Given that I struggle to wear them for 3-4 minutes, it wouldn't be for me.

By the sounds of things, there's no dignity about any of this at all. It will probably be more fun watching it the way we have since March.

What happened to the virus being spread via close contact for 15 minutes or more? Make folks wear a mask as they come in, once they are at their seats it shouldnt be an issue with as few fans as they are allowing in.

Ridiculous that common sense has left society.

I'm fairly sure you don't have to wear a mini balaclava for 3-4 hours!

Can you at leAst take a drum in to make some noise?
Or maybe all the fans can hum ā€˜youā€™ll never walk aloneā€™ together.

If you are allowed to talk then you could invest in a megaphone.

      Some great ideas there.

Love the audible groan from the crowd at Virgil's volley, and then the roar for the goal takes a second or two which makes me think more than a few people might have looked away for a moment, or like me, just couldn't believe what they were seeing. Good times.

Dā€™ya know what I reckon them pair of absolute KUNTS Pickford & Richarlison  had this moment tattooed on their minds when they committed ABH on Virgil & Thiago, ppl will say, donā€™t be so ridiculous, but just think about it for a mo, their world was turning to sh*t that day and they couldnā€™t bare it, they couldnā€™t bare the thought of us shitting in their kettle by going joint top, since then they have slid back into mid-table mediocrity and their small club syndrome, whilst we are still top despite being decimated by injuries ,

Funny how all the hype they had has suddenly been silent, horrible kunts, that quote on their sh*t badge.....Nil satis Nilis optimum...means, No Chance No Hope, itā€™s quite appropriate that they have a helter skelter on there too, forever sliding down !

I would imagine this will be reviewed again once restrictions start being lifted, yes 2000 is a joke but it's a start

Not long after Shanks became manager and the singing Kop became part of our heritage, there was a trumpet/bugle player that was resident in the Kop end(no doubt ex military) and used to trumpet ā€œThe Chargeā€ whenever we went on the attack. :lmao:
Even funnier than that, whenever one of the opposition players got injured you would hear the sound of ā€œThe last postā€ blowing across Anfield... :lmao:
It could only happen in Liverpool  ;D
Another fascinating story from my old mans memory bank

      Anyone gotta bugle?

Just watched the penalty we scored against Mitdylland without the crowd noise. Apart from the net moving, there was no other sound. It must be the quietest response of all time, to a goal we've scored at Anfield.

Well done to the fans last night. They were rewarded after all the head wrecking  regulations they were put through. You made 2,000 sound like a full house.
