Which one? 5-0 or the 2-7?

Hate this draw. Never liked playing against them. Didn’t they beat us at Anfield on our 08-09 campaign? Just getting flashbacks.

Would have much rather preferred play some League 1 club than anyone from the PL.

      Both.  ;D

Yes a lower league opposition at home would have been preferred but...................it's the FA

No way klopp will take this seriously. I expect a team similar to the one in the league cup game last year.
I’m not even going to try and get interested in this tie.

He's never gave a F**k about the FA Cup, I imagine even less so this year unless we go out of the Champions League in the next week.

Are you allowed to forfeit the game? If not play the U18's, no point risking the U21's.

Honestly I could not give a sh*t about the FA Cup this year, full focus has to be on somehow keeping the team fit and healthy enough for the League. Even the CL I would not mind getting knocked out of if the injuries carry on being an issue next year.

I didn't even realise the 3rd round draw had been made until someone posted on social media!

Maybe says something about how much the FA cup has become a 2nd class competition these days, unfortunately.

Like Klopp, I agree we don't prioritise this, especially with our insane injury list.

If we win, great, if not, fine by me.

Not at all bothered about this competition, for me it’s lost all its lustre, it’s as important  now as the league cup, in other words not very, I know some will still see the romanticism in the potential giant killing from the lower leagues and to a extent it’s great for them so who are we to deny them their moments in the sun,

As it’s in the football Callander and we are in the draw, we may as well give it a go, but, this season we are already over burdened by the amount of games we need to get through, so I would use this comp for blooding the young lads who genuinely have a future in Jürgen’s revolution, and if Villa were to knock us out then it’s one less fixture we need to think about it, imagine  those young lads representing the club in a major competition, they’ll want to impress Jürgen , will have no fear and will be a totally unknown entity to Villa, they’ll expect a side who they could plan for, so when they see our team sheet they’ll say WTF.

Play the kids, see what they’re about I say !

It seems to be that their is a total disregard for the FA Cup competition, in some ways seems a shame.
