Hendo: How does he compare to past captains?

Humble. Which captain actually waves away the armband after coming on? And personally writes his captain's note on the matchday programme?

Btw Stevie used a ghost writer for his captain's notes.

Hasn't got the skills of some of our previous captains but has has something and we definitely miss him when he is not there

He compares very favourably to all the great captains imho. Captaining a Liverpool side to win the CL and League ensures legendary status for me. A very good footballer and a very very good mana manger on the pitch. We are much stronger as a unit when Hendo is playing.

Did'nt think he was up to the job, and when fit can still have mares,  but like Milly, he is a true pro, and has changed my mind.  The guy has joined the Legends. Good on him.

Fantastic captain think he is better as a CAPTAIN than Gerrard.  We've had a lot of good captains and he is very good too.  Wouldn't like to compare as they were some really good ones.  What makes him special is because he took over one of the best players in our history and the way he has carried himself has nothing less than sensational because the bar was at the highest point and not having the raw talent of his predecessor it was uphill task but he has come out as a total success.
