The 19-year-old centre-back replaces Joel Matip, who is ruled out due to a back spasm, in the starting line-up.

It’s the only change the Reds make to the team deployed at Fulham on Sunday; however, Naby Keita returns to the squad and is named on the bench.

Matip out is a massive blow and probably swings it to Spurs starting as favourites tonight.

Said it before Fulham and I'll say it again, really need the front three to step up as a unit and get us through this spell. Hard to see us keeping a clean sheet tonight so we need them to turn up.

Think we’re being a bit unfair with Matip. Does nobody think that it might be the medical team telling Klopp to leave him out? Watching the Spurs documentary that happened a lot between their medical team and Mourinho. You could tell how much Jose hated talking with them.

Anyway happy Rhys Williams is in, he has a calm head on his shoulders and think we may have something special with him.
